Hi Joel, you've probably been asked this many times before but, have you done any mods on any cbz's??

Frankly, merely 17kph more over the stock bike is a little joke. Its just that nobody has pushed the envelope on the ninja. Its much more capable. A stock ninja does 160kph, whats the big deal with 179kph.

But if we can work on a ninja itself, it will be something out of the planet

    @bikemanic - I was doing some 11400rpm in 6th gear when i did 156kph.
will let you know about the ECU and also the valve springs.

@The p220 can be bored out to get some more performance, but there is a lot more to be done before going big-bore. If it can beat a stock ninja, is to be seen. No comments till now. But if we can work on a ninja itself, it will be something out of the planet .

^ If money is not a concern then how about getting a Ninja?

Ok jokes apart, can the 220 be really bored out further? I thought it was already bored out to the maximum?

Hey joel what is the max that you can bore a 220 engine to it might sound foolish to ask but if money is not a concern can you make a 220F worth challenging a ninja. I know am asking too much but can this be done am heading to meet you in april so wanna decide the budget and will get my 180 and 220 both !!!!!! please advise

The new exhaust is quieter than the dagrex pipe from yamaha.

how is the sound now.? is it very different from the stock( i mean loudness) .

We will fabricate custom Tuned FreeFlow Exhausts based on the consumer's performance requirement.
Exhausts as straight swap to stock engines will also be fabricated.
Performance gains will vary from engine to engine and the best state of tune will deliver the maximum results.

*Custom Tuned Free Flow Exhaust for modified engines (racing/street - based on cam profile, mods, requirement)
*Stock Replacement Exhaust for stock engines.

    Bikes
Yamaha YZF-R15, Yamaha FZ-16/Fazer, TVS Apache RTR 160/180, Bajaj Pulsar 220 FI/carb, HH Karizma.
These bikes have been tested and performance gains have been recorded.
All enquiry may be sent to my email - [email protected]

More custom performance accessories will be available at a later phase . More specifically for the R15 and RTR 160/180.

The funny part in India is that nobody understands or values good performance products. The dagrex exhaust sold by yamaha costs 17.5k and they have sold them in decent numbers. That pipe on the dyno makes hardly any difference. But when an attempt is made to give better performance for the masses for one-third the price, everybody wants it for free. I have received plenty of enquiries since the time I started the thread, but the vibes are pretty pathetic. All those who talk on the forum about performance are the opposite when they personally need it. Nobody wants to know what efforts and research went into the development to get the right performance. I hope the scene in India changes.

But look it from this perspective...

In order to sell their Dragex pipes, Yamaha resorted to some well aimed advertisements... say like YouTube videos of the Exhausts in Action, Full Spec Sheets with pictures, and also, a full scale video of how to install them.

I'm very positive that once you put and publish some descriptive pics and videos of the pipes that you have developed.... you're gonna get pretty much swamped with orders , because we all know that it's comming from the brotherhood who really understands what's required.

As of today all we know of the exhaust is based on the discussions we had so far and the faith that since it's comming from you... it's gonna be the best in the class.... but once we see something in flesh and concrete I'm pretty much sure that's goning to go a long way towards finalizing things.

So, don't loose hope like that.... and believe in the brotherhood!!
Ya man....one third of the dagrex u say...thats a some very serious effort by you...mind you...dont lose hope by few mails....
just patiently wait and see once you get the performance figures out...
I was actually also hoping for the FZ pipe by you as it seemed by your earlier discussions...
    ok...no prob....anyways...we are waiting....
    cheers.....
