Oops! My bad. Thank you for pointing out.

@Russian: Could you please ask Harry what was the speed that he was carrying while entering the turn? This does prove that the stock tyres are not as bad as I thought them to be!

Hence you have to be 180cms tall with long model like legs to do what he is doing on the street!!!

Being tall would surely help in touching down, but I believe it has more to do with technique than ANYTHING else. I really wish I could do such antics.

                  • I got a height of 180cms (I guess its 5'11"). And I also got an R15. Only thing missing is the courage to do that!
                    You get the point?? :D

                    • on a 90 degree corner you need a speed of around 55 to put your knee down

its not about height im 170cms , its about correct position and carrying good speed

Sorry for this question guys, but i'm a novice at cornering..always been a dragster. So, my doubt is, where does a rider in this position rest his body mass? Is it the knee on the road that supports the body? I just don't get it because the position is one sided, where the inner foot doesn't have any base to support the body's weight except the road. :|

On the outside leg / knee on the tank, the inner leg should be free to move around, the knee on the road is just a feeler to gauge lean angle.
