btw great work there man, keep going and keep updating. good luck
Mono-Shock is not that flawless right now buddy! I have tried to install it at the same angle as it goes with the yamaha swingarm i am using, but Honda Shocker is too stiff for this angle. I need to buy the original yamaha shocker to get the comfort back!

      I too own a CBZ.
and I've done an engine modd too.
I've washed my Engine head to remove 0.5mm of material from the Combustion Chamber surface. this will increase yo compression ratio an in turn power.
remember the maximum material you can remove is 0.6mm so its safe to stick to 0.5mm. you can see considerable hike in performance.
its a tried and tested thing by ME. and if you're gonna stick to the CBZ engine I would strongly recommend this modd
Note:- this need to be done in a CNC Lathe, coz its an aluminum head.

all the very best to you my friend
hope the hero motor corp's engineers finds yo work and try for a Resurrection that LEGEND.... THE CBZee!!!!
Thanks Baady .. I will keep this input in mind, i might try to up the performance of the CBZ engine at some point for sure, as of now i am planning to use the Ninja engine! But thanks for sharing your experience :-)

What all calculations did you do for fixing the monoshock?
      Which bike monoshock is that?

Thinking of fixing a monoshock on my 8 yr old cbz.
Hi bro, i tried to use the same angle as it goes with the yamaha swingarm (yz250) but honda monoshock is not good at that angle, i need to get hold of the original yz250 monoshock!

And yes, also wanted to post a CBZ classic that I loved the most uptill now. It's by a famous modifier called Sunil Konjaril. Here, have a look. ]
Thanks Raneet. Its been a while so cannot recall exactly which Dunlop. Sunil's design is good and mods are high quality but i somehow dint like it very much

when you buy parts and bring them in India what other charges do you have to pay i terms of duties. cuz i want to order some parts whichi i found out was really cheap on ebay but was confused about the taxes one have to pay when anything is imported in India. so i thougjt u might help as you have imported so many parts for your bike.

                              Vijay,

I actually dont import them to India, i get them shipped to US or UK and then enter India with them in my luggage :-p

Having said that, in my experience if the seller sends an item marked as gift or mark its value within limit then there are chances that you might not have to pay any duty!
