@pioneeraron and @ som88:
So you guys have problems with the commuter class rolling on a 150 ha? So you've got more options to choose from, its not a bad thing now is it? Plus people talking about Bajaj parts failing and all, just take a look at the prices of those parts and the prices of the so called long lasting brand bike parts. You'll know why there is a difference in the life.Bajaj parts are really easy on the pocket and its not like they keep failing every other day. Trust me, a well maintained and regularly oil changed Bajaj will last as good as any other bike. Stressing on the well maintained part! I am not paid by Bajaj to take their side, nor am I a fanboy, its just that such comaprisons between a manufacturer who is still in the nascent stage in the bike market and a manufacturer who is in this game since 1955. Won't there be a difference between the two? Bajaj has a pretty good thing going on over here...people were idiotic enough to reject the platina for looking too small when compared to the splendor even though the platina returned better fuel efficiency. So the discover 100 was launched. And since there weren't underpowered 150's with Bajaj, to enable other manufacturers[read:honda] keep up, they launched the discover150 so that the competition is fair!

Ok the last statement was a sarcastic one and no one needs to get hyper over it!
@pioneeraron: you need to stop this bad publicity!

The P220 dtsi is a VFM performance bike, while this is a VFM 150cc commuter bike. THe only other commuter 150cc are the likes of unicorn / achiever which cost another 10k more :P I dont think an owner of such a bike would spend 10k in maintainance even in 3 years :P, on top of that bajaj parts quite cheap.
i din say bajaj is bad..only deir quality n RnD dept have 2b strong!!
