    Hello brother,
If it is consuming engine oil you are bound to see white smoke, black indicates a rich mixture,
How do you know it consumes oil? Do you measure the drained oil?
Selling and buying totally depenss on you bro.... cannot advice you to sell it or keep it as a lot more unknown factors such as finance, attachment to the bike etc come in.
Have you seen any drop in performance ?
What oil do you use and what is the drain interval?
When was the last time you changed the engine oil filter? Air filter? Spark plugs etc?
Pics will help to judge her overall condition.
If your piston rings are not fried you can get her good as new for about 2000rs,

Never changed the engine oil filter??!:banghead::banghead:
Man it just costs 50rs or so! Its very important.
Now your engine is definitely eating oil from the look of it.
Can be shot valves or a gone bore and piston.

          Are you ready to
          1) replace entire block and piston set
          2) valves, seals etc
          3) rockers
          4) timingchain
          5) cam work and lathe work
          6) engine oil and filter
          7) clutch plates
          8) carb cleaning etc,
          9) spark plugs and caps

If you are willing to spend 5 to 6 thousand rupees this can be brought back to life if you have a good mech and it will be like new.

Othwrwise sell and buy a new bike

Are you getting your engine rebored or putting up a new cylinder kit, if an engine is properly rebuild, you will definitely feel difference in the performance mileage can be slightly less although because on an freshly built engines mileage do get drop but once you have taken care of the engine in runin period then you will get handsome mileage afterwards.

Yes you will get stock performance if work fone is good.
Head over to the splendor thread to know more about its 100cc rockstar and a hell reliable engine.
                      Good luck!

Just wait for sometime till the Tvs launches there star city plus in your state, it should be a good bike according to the reports, but if you want a bike right now then you can also look for suzuki hayate, it's a pretty decent bike with good mileage, and what one can say about splendor, as Divyanshp said a hell of reliable engine i would say a boringly reliable engine.

                          Hahahha your right my brother.
A bike should be like a girlfriend sometimes ( nagging)
And sometimes reliable as a wife
Too reliable bikes are a bore.
