You need to understand the exhaust working principle of a 2-stroke and a 4-stroke exhaust. You are building a pipe for your p220 with inputs from an RX135 project. Whats that? You wanna start a tuning shop and start building your own stuffs, then you better understand what tuning is what the basics are.
You cant quote figures from a roller bench and your approach is completely off.
Any free pipe on a 4-stroke engine will make the rpm climb quicker etc, but thats not tuning. Whats the difference between some pipe that you get in the market and from what you are doing? I sure wanna see a pic of your exhaust.
if you understand 4-stroke tuning in depth, you'll then understand how important gas dynamics are how much sound waves matter. In the depth of ignorance, its not a big deal.
