Hi Bluevolt
I have got a Electra 4gear serviced at Castrol Bike Zone at chennai. My mechanic is pretty old (One of the few guys who can recognize and repair a JAVA / YEZDI / OLD BULL etc). He was not well for some time and so i decided to go to CBZ.
Their service is good, they always have a rep to attend to. Dont expect the rep to know anything, he is just a "Writer"
. So you have to sort of "Name the parts" that you want to be replaced.
But if you manage to get the head of the mechs (mostly there is one and he always oversees all otherguys), then you can talk to him directly. But do ensure that you spell out the parts / problems and ensure that it gets documented.
My bull was doing fine before too. I utlized their gold service at first and then silver all the way till now. Vehicle does feel very good / free / drum brakes do better / engine feels smoother and refined (oil change etc).
Let me know if you need specifics.

I have a doubt: Initially it was only Castrol Bike Zone. Now there are other service centres namely Castrol Bike World and Castrol Bike Point. Are all of them under the same management or something? The service station on Mysore rd, Bangalore, IIRC, was CBZ first and now it is CBWorld.
If anybody has experience of any two or all three of the above service centers, please write a comparo between them.
