Can you explain me the below BOLDED part clearly (IF YOU ARE NOT USING DIODES)
Is the setup as in the below diagram without any DIODE ?? If this is the case then when you put low or high BOTH the lights has to glow. Sorry if I have missed any of your posts.

Sajit, can IN4001 can take the load of HID or will the diode conk off ?

I think the 2nd attachment should be fine with DIODE.

IN4001 will conk off. try the 6A4. Its rated at 6Amp so it's a safer choice!

Shree, then where will u put the relays? After the stock switc? R u guys powering the HID directly from the stock switch or with a relay IN4001 will be driving the relay not the HID or even a halo Any doubts?

Arrey its the wire out of switch, from there it will go to relay !! So IN4001 is sufficient to drive relay, any harm using 6A4 to drive relay??

No harm at all provided u should've enough space to take the 6A diodes within the switch assy. Am afraid to say the space will be minimum.

guys..
i am back with a new re winded coil...
believe it or not, its more than 12 feet per pole...
every pole has the same number of turns...
except the first and the last pole which has around 10 winds less, as the yellow coil was bigger in size...

the worst part of the story is that I FORGOT MY CAMERA...
so i had to take pics with my friend's cheap mobile phone as my phone's battery was also dead...

i somehow managed to click some pics in extreme low light conditions, no matter how bad the pics are, i am still posting it...

i didn't check the voltage output and also the amps as it was too late in the night when i returned home...

now comes a new trouble...
things are still the same..

battery dies even on the highways if headlight is on as when i was returning i had to come with lights dead...
horn doesn't sound at all...

i think my battery (which is not getting charged again) needs to be replaced...

am too busy today as well as tomorrow to do it,
besides i need to check the coil output also, which i might by tonight if i get time...

wiring is correct i cross checked, but still tonight, with a multimeter and enough time i can decide something concrete ...
