More than that your fuel injection system should be calibrated ( may also need major mods) to suit the modified crank set up!!
Above all, just mere reducing the weight of the flywheel, without dynamic balancing of the whole crank set-up, will lead to adverse results

So, just giving a try like mere weight reduction with a spare fly wheel is not advisable.....Have serious intention....prepare your self...source the facility you need...take up the project !!

              • Just got mine 8 days ago, classic 350 with silver.
did about 160 kms with it.
about driving below 60 km/hr these days . after 4 days the odometer stopped working, took to the dealer and he changed the wire...
Its going good anyway, cheers to join the thumping family

Cant upload any pic right now, as I don't have the authority to do this from the internet connection i am using right now, but I would very soon

                  • Saw this heavily modified Bull in my flat's parking lot yesterday. Those tyres!

Sadly, this Bull would be all show and no go, the rear tyre the owner has plonked in is huge (150/80 IIRC), and would very likely affect handling, acceleration and top speed. But as long as one rides slow and straight, looks (and nothing else matters), right?

                          • Please help on these mods

                            Hello all

I own Bullet standard 350 2003 model. I am looking to modify with following things:

                            1. Thunderbird headlight assembly... I need Tachometer badly after getting used to it on my car.
                            2. CDI ignition, CB points ignition has ditched me on many occasions
                            3. Changing gear lever to heel toe type, as in thunderbird.

I went through all posts, couldnt find standard 350 with thunderbird headlight fitted. has any xbhpian done it ?? I am from Delhi, if anyone can help me on these mods... I would be highly obliged.

                            Thanks !!!
