Butterfly riding my Wayfarer (Bullet Electra 4s) at Igatpuri - so cute, chilling cold, was raining slightly the evening before at Kasara Ghat - that too in end of November 2008.




Me and my Wayfarer (Enfield Bullet E4s) after heavy monsoon to Trimbakeshwar - yes all that mud is from NH3 and the village route.





Midnight trip to Mahabaleshwar - left Thane at 10 PM - reached Harrison's Folly at 3 AM - me and my buddy - my Wayfarer is Black - his is a Machismo 500 (he did 5000 KMs in just 2 months from purchase date, crazy bugger). This is morning at Harrisons Folly.

"SHADOW" - A 1975 Enfield Bullet 350 restored to originality. The Seat is the only thing that needs attention and will soon be catered to. Shes' just been brought back to life. She was rusting unused in a garage when we found her. But shes now in pristine condition. More pics soon. Will post the before pics to show what condition she was in. Cheers!!!

i would like to inform you all that i am glad .coz..,
1. to be on this thread and
2. that i bought a Bullet-Standard recently ,though i am having a Taurus 1999 model.,
The reason to buy Standard is its absolute classic looks and a xtra thump than any other recent models .
No pics available , sorry mate. but will surely upload ASAP.
regarding modifications , i would go for it in near future IF i get convinced for the engine efficiency and the integrity of the machine as a whole, for which i would welcome suggestions from anybody.

Hi ,i am looking for a nameplate beautification, eg.. embossing or engraving type on chrome plate or stainless steel. Can anyone upload pics of the same or which you feel is a beautiful nameplate design. I would like to KIS(keep it simple) but elegant .

Modifications ( if done )

1. Custom Handle of Harley Davidson. (Made from Imran - Gogeshwari (Mumbai)) - The Handle is very comfortable for long rides and Cornering.!!
2. Bosch Xenon Light - 6000 K. I've installed Xenon Headlight on by bull. Its very helpful when we ride in d night.
3. Mobile Charger & Camera Cell Charger - The Car Charger is installed on my bull to charge Mobile and any type of camera charger. I've bot one Three Pin socket which will b fitted into the Charger.
4. NGK Iridium Spark Plug for better mileage & Pickup.
5. Std. Horn changed to Skoda Horn.
6. Silencer changed to "Retro"

Reviews

My Black Viper is looking awesome with wide handle. Theres no problem riding in Traffic, In Ghats & on Off Road..!! The handle is very comfortable for long rides. I've taken the perfect shape of handle where I can bend my elbow (at the right degree) and my wrist rest at straight position..!!

Xenon Light is very helpful when we ride in the nights. Its very powerful with 6000 Kelvin which is perfect for a bike & any car. Small pothole r very much visible.

Car Charger is fitted at the proper position from where I can attached the mobile charger cable or Camera charger cable easily by keeping the device in my Saddle bag.!! And it takes hardly any power from battery..! This is very much helpful on multiple days ride. U can charge ur mobile, camera Cell, MP3 Player & iPod easily anywhere, anytime..!!!

NGK spark plug is very good in increasing mileage to 4-5 KM compare to standard one.!! Also it increases the pick of the bull if properly serviced.!!

Bullet Std. horn is really a waste on such a huge machine..!! So I've changed it to Skoda ka horn.!!

I've put Retro Mufflar for some more thumping sound.!!

Kms Done & How much you travel using your ride

KM Read on KMMeter = 33000 (In 1.8 Year)
Actual KM done on my bull is 38000 (Breaking of cable caused this problem many a times..!!)

Pro's and Con's so far

I face problem wid my horn. If d water goes inside it stops honking the way it shud.!!

The only concern is Xenon..!! If you have installed xenon then put Fog Light or any other light for backup..!! If anything happen to Xenon atleast we can use the backup light..!! As Xenon is not useful in Foggy condition...!!

I am Farhan Khan, i had a dream for owning an enfield for very long' and after exploring n number of bikes i finally bought home a Royal Enfield Bullet 350, I did all maxium possible to make it super comfortable" made it single seat ( with ventage styled single seat with springs ) Gas suspensions and much more" and now it feels like" heaven to ride this bike, every thumph of my bullet is fantaztic and i enjoy touring and city riding both on my lady love" i just love it"

Modification done : Quality made crash gurd, Plain and simple seat cover from Khajanchi.
Kms Done : 800 (till today i.e. 12 June).

thats great to hear that you have a 500, but to be true i kinda like the standard looks of the 500 in the green color

well this is as standard as my bike came from the showroom buddy, 2005 model 500ci was sold only in black colour and they were the last of the cast iron 500s to roll out of the showroom.

Deep meant the earlier version of the 500cc, which came without the disk brake setup, the electric starter & was available in only green colour.

Yes prakhar is rite thats why i mentioned the Standard look .

we may see another 500 on the forum soon lets hope every thing goes the way planed.
