not to criticise or make fun of your crashing, just saying that from that pic itself it's clear the way you tried to corner was very improper particularly considering that big a lean angle, that too in a bike whose chassis and suspension aren't supposedly the kind that can usually sustain such a high lean angle to begin with :-)

even for bikes like R15s and RCs and the like which are made for cornering, unless perhaps ridden by a very skilled rider who excels in cornering and is very habitual to it, such a high lean angle (which seems to be nearly the max lean angle these bikes can do in the first place) will be very near to crashing and indeed will actually crash or nearly crash for most riders..
Actually, I got overconfident, this is the corner I have done knee downs a lot of times and that's what made me crash. I couldn't get the bike up on time, add to it the almost worn out rear Tyre. :-)

Bro you have great potential to improve. So why no riding gears?? Seeing you crash with no shoulder/elbow/back protection is sad. Don't compromise on safety please.

Irony of fate was I removed all my gears minute before this incident, accidently captured on camera of my college friend. Otherwise you won't find me rolling without Helmet, gloves and knee guards at minimum even if I go on dates.

Watched and also read "Twist of the wrist 2", really helped me understanding the best ways of cornering, sadly no pics of mine to post here now. Soon I guess, till then enjoying all pics in this thread

LOL, forget about tracks, we don't even have proper corners in Kolkata.
If by chance we happen to meet with any corner points then u will bump into traffic the moment u will take the corner

Anyway, this is an excellent thread and we can find some amazing talented riders here.
                        Keep it up .

                          hello all,

i am no expert on cornering.... but it looks like 'rsm' has applied brakes mid corner ?!
the brake light is on ?
is this the reason for crash ?

                              Hi Guys,

Surprisingly my very 1st post is that of some Bends/Drops, that too on my stock tyres on the CBZ Extreme.

The bends on the Mahableshwar ghats are the best i have ridden till date on the way to Panchgani.
