carrying around the camera
am going slightly OT here ...but i think this the best thread for clearing my concern ..
Got a camera recently ..point and shoot 14 MP, 26x zoom ..
now my concern is i didnt got any camera bag with the camera so i was planning to get a camera bag but then i came across across Cramster turtle magnetic tank bag.. Here is my concern .. how safe is to keep the camera in the tank bag without any shock absorbing bags/panles?
will it withstand the shocks without any issues? how you people carry your camera when travelling in bike? do you use any shock absorbing panles for having the camera in tank bag ?
please have a suggestion as i am travelling to bangalore this weekend and planning to get cramster turtle if it is ok .sigpic

now this page is on fire !
kira and varun....very very beautiful pics there...loved all of them !
A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels,scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

@Sumit: Nice!
@Jithu: I wouldn't suggest keeping a delicate equipment like a camera in a place such as the tank-bag. Although, others might have done so in the past, but I never-ever keep my camera equipment in a place where it can get damaged easily! Any bumps, etc. you go through while riding the bike will directly translate into your camera experiencing the bump!
I would rather suggest you get a nice camera bag from LowePro; the sling types and you can sling it right through your shoulder. It will be a snug fit, apart from providing safety for the equipment.:)
