  • hey bandhav , if you feel everyone here posts inferior pics to yours then maybe you should go to some dedicated photography site . this is a bikers community .
everyone starts from some level and only then they can hone their skills .

    • I believe Bandhav JUST said to take this up seriously, and not as a "time-pass" hobby.Anyhow, I believe his post was wrongly understood. I don't see him mentioning ANYWHERE about HIS photographs being superior than others! This is a "Photography and Critique thread and let us all learn from each other; let's just be sporty enough to take critique if we are posting something over a public forum!

@all:carry on with the actual postings please.
      :)

Can't believe you actually said that!!

Everyone goes through that phase as no one is born with a cam in one hand and the lens on the other. Even you have gone through that phase and i still remember the "pics" you posted while you were on the learning curve.

So i think we need to be flexible in accepting whatever posts we come across and also the posters should also be sensible enough to see if their pics are worthy enough to adore the thread alongside the pics posted by the pros.

PS: I dont consider myself as a PRO as i dont even consider photography as a hobby.

        • @bandhav : didn't know that only experts could post their photos here. critique is one thing but to discourage is something else.

Lets keep this thread open to each and every one who is/is not/ may become a photographer. Afterall if the pro's didnt have a critique in early stages of their life, they wouldn't be a pro !
While there are three smilies in your post, mine also had one .

This could surely be avoided Puneet.

I will say it again, instead of repeating what others are saying you could have came with something original. And its upto you how you take it, it was critique.

@Swagat: Even i dont consider myself a pro, i am just someone who enjoy photography. And i personally feel that guys who are really on somekind of learning curve should not take it otherwise.

@Praful: Lovely colors, though i would have loved a little different framing.
