I have heard a lot about these boots from my friends. Will probably give them a try as soon as salary is credited next month

I am satisfied with the quality considering the tough conditions the shoes were put through including a saddle sore.

    ItsmeVeni,
It's not un comfortable at all, in fact its spacious inside. If I remember from my 4 year stint, it had amazing water resistance and grip.

Its looks were a problem in the office though. Its those huge Charlie Chaplin kind of looks. I hoped that no one would notice them.
Get engaged (or better yet, married) first, then you can wear them.

They're perfectly ok for long rides and they protect well on the toe area. Weight is quite ok, slightly heavier than any sports shoe but manageable indoors and outdoors easily.

    Hey Guys,

How is the Orazo low ankle shoes. Basically I want to use it for long rides but I wouldn't mind to wear them sometimes even in office or on Saturday-Sunday, how comfortable they are in long rides to hills I know that they are not much waterproof kind of because they are more of safety shoes?

And what about quechuas? or any other brand?

There is, of course, ample sweating but you'll get used to it just like ordinary boots. It isn't uncomfortable beyond the extent of wearing any ordinary boot in hot/humid conditions. A lot will also depend on the type of socks you use. I have preferably used cotton socks after experiencing the heat in Gujurat. But then, the difference is hardly noticeable and is mostly psychological. I also got a chance to try the A* SM-X6 boots from a fellow rider which was equally sweating. So I guess, it's a common property.

I used the picus extensively for ~40 days and I must admit that they are wonderful in every aspect. It isn't waterproof but doesn't get wet and dries quick in moderate showers. Heavy downpour takes a toll and can keep the boots wet for a longer duration. Although it has steel-toe fitment, the boot is hardly heavy, as compared to most Woodland casuals. The sole has impressive grip and the design fits in well on the foot pegs - gear shifts are a charm. Fit & finish is beautifully done - the laces, stitches, threads etc. don't hangout even after rigorous use. In case of falls, the boot may develop scars as I got one the same way. All in all, it is an irresistible package and you wont be disappointed.
