    Welcome to be club.

AFAIK, Bajaj never sells number plates as accessories. Are you going for something fancy? Which showroom did you book it? What is the OTR?

          OTR 55000 Rs (Bangalore).

Yes I selected the IND(logo) number plate which costed around 700Rs. I got the bike on monday. Gear shift is very tight.. As the days are going, its becoming loosen.

When i ride 40km constant, the acceleration is like intermittent. for every 10 second, i feel it is giving acceleration and then immediately it goes down.. again after 10 secs, it accelerates.. I dont know why.. Drrrrrrrrrr.............Drrrrrrrrrr............Drr rrrrrrrrrrrrrr... (Like that ..

Also the disco brake cover it has, creating some problems while going through metal roads. Small metal peaces roles inside the cover, and make some sounds.. then i use to slow down to get the metal piece to go out...

I didnt notice any other issues yet.. I like it overall.

Gotta scratch on the second day itself ..it was in parking area in ym offfice.. i dont know how it got scratched, may be some one was trying park near to it.. anyway got scratch on the near to the wisor sticker(near to the head light)..

I didnt check milage yet. How to check milage?

Congrats on the bike. To check mileage, reset your trip meter as soon as you hit reserve and note amount of fuel u put in. Note the trip meter next time you hit reserve and divide by the amount of fuel you put in.

              ****** CRITICAL COMPLAINT ********************

Gear shifts becoming very complicated.. I feel toping of gear is OKAY(not smooth), but sometime i need to again touch the gear pedal for putting it correct..

Down -ing gear is much much difficult.. I am standing on the pedal to make it to Neutral from 1st most times.

I dont know whether they can make it smooth while doing the 1st servive.

Bike Performance is GOOD. But my complaint is on Gear Changes...

What about your all experiences?? Did any one have a smmoth gear change with D150

It is not something that is very critical. Ensure that your clutch lever is fully depressed. I did face some issues while shifting up, just ensure that the clutch release is a little more gradual. It should solve your issue IMO.

Ok, I started to apply the clutch completely and gradually releasing. It is okay now.

As i told earlier, i got a scratch on my front wisor sticker. The sticket is completely gone.. New stickers are available ??? , new stickers give looks exactly as original??

                      Thanks!

Good that your issue is solved. Dont have much idea about new stickers, plesae do check with ASC but I believe they will ask you to change the front visor. Better paste some other sticker on both sides to cover it up and make it look normal.

                              Buying a new dis 150 dts-i

                              hello discover 150 owners
currently my father is using a discover 135 for his daily commuting purpose , he is in a plan of selling it off and buy a new discover 150. he was 90% satisfied with his bike +performance, because of the heavy weight (133kg) he is going to sell it. also i have to mention that he was a loyal customer for bajaj bikes since 2001(bajaj auto) in Sri Lanka, as i know here many of our fellow members have there ownership experience with there dis150, is it a good decision made by my father to sell dis135 and buy a new dis150?
guys as i occasionly rides his bike i was totaly satisfied with its top class performance (for a <125 cls segment), gear box (baby smooth ) +clutch
dis 150 guys i wants to know yours experiences regarding these aspects
-gear box - performance as compare to dis 135 -clutch -brakes - stability when riding the bike on highways(in this dis 135 is the king)

I haven't ripped her yet. Max 70 kph and no highway rides yet. So cant comment much.
