    60.6 kmpl
    max rpm touched:5000
    max speed touched:65kmph
    Suspension is on harder side...handling is superb!
    love to take bike in coners and she never disapoints me till date.
    Something sounds like tak-tak from rear when she jumos in bad rodes...hopes its nothing but the tool kit under the rear seats(yet to be rectified).
    else everything going strong!

        bhai one the the respected xbhpian asked me to keep the rpm low atleast till 2000 kms in order to have good fuel average in future!
        xbhpian's always helped me to explore my knwledge and my bike too..!
        thanks a ton to all to participated and helped everypne here!
        the cost of petrol is climbing the height of Himalya's; if my bike wont give me good millage i wont be able to enjoy her to fullest.

          friends..HELP!!!!!!!!!!.... I have completed roughly 570kms and today my bike got in reserve after just 545kms of riding.... dats a mileage of 42kmpl from my calculations..... I have mostly ridden in highway conditions and very less in city traffic... have maintained rpm below 4k at al times... speed always between 42-45kmph...... I donot understand wat the issue is....

          I have been facing an issue with idling which I had mentioned before as well.... After a few kms of ride, rpm shoots to over 2.7k at idle.... it shoots over 3.5k if the ride is longer..... Can this be an issue.. Please provide some idea......

              When did you done the last oil change? Anything above 2000rpm @ idle will reduce your mileage,set it to 1500rpm when it is hot. and see what happens.

                Hi... I changed my engine oil at 330kms.... 1st and only till now... Will be giving my bike for servicing this weekend so will definitely look for a solution to the rpm@idle issue..... I hope it gets resolved.....

                  You can try it,Adjusting the idle rpm is not a big task,just set it 1500 when the engine is hot. If still problem remains,you can tell it @ the SVC.

                          Oh few of them are missing. Are those available in spares? And i'm unable to remove to bike's mask to check tachometer's wire connection. After those 2 visible screws removed i don't know what to do so please help.

                          • Did anyone try Valvoline 20w50 in their extreme ??

                            I recently used this and after 250 km .. not really happy with the oil . Somehow bike feels sluggish, strangely bike has developed a starting problem.. i got the spark plug and air filter changed just 2 weeks back along with the service and oil change.. this problem has started since then .. donno why the sluggishness .. is this normal with 20w50 grade oils in HH bikes ?

                            Only good thing is the vibes have reduced at higher speeds and engine runs slightly cooler after a while. Nothing so great.

                            Will go back to Shell AX 7 10w40 after 2k km. That was a very good oil

                              20W50 oil is very thick,Its best for people who tours @ high speeds,Which will keep the engine cool and less vibrating.Wats the temperature there?,For us,20W40 oil is more than enough. Sluggishness is because 20W50 oil will take more time to get warm and it is thick oil,So acceleration will be sluggish.

                              Yes,they are available. Might be something like clips,you have to pull out the pin from the hole,Seen it in a HH Glamour.
