If so, what is the recommended tyre to go for? The stock MRF ones?
Depends on every individual's riding style and tyre usage. A picture of your tyres could help decide better.

IMO, 23k kms is a good number and mine lasted for 24k kms. Safe to replace it by this time.

And yes, stock tyres are the best, IMO. I personally haven't tried any other. I'm currently running my 3rd set rear and 2nd set front.

P.S. Bike is in stock form, done 25k in Odo in 2years, stock Exide battery running.
    I doubt:
    1) Battery loosing voltage overnight ?
    2) Ignition coil dying ? (very early to die)
    3) Injector clogged ? (no rpm fluctuations or power loss in rev range)
    Anything else, guide me.
    Thank you.
If you mean the starter spins four revolutions during early morning startups, it is perfectly fine. Usually, the bike starts in less than half a crank even during cold mornings, sometimes it does, well as you said when it's a "cold start". You should be concerned when the bike takes three to four cranks all the time, when the engine has heated up. If the bike cranks fine post engine heated up, there isn't any issue per se. You can use injector cleaners, it helps to unclog the injectors, which mostly is a placebo effect, but hey it works sometimes. As long as there isn't a drop in pick up or your mileage has gone for a toss, then there's nothing to worry.

    1. Check for the oil seals and valve seals. If they have been damaged, the engine oil is sure to be burning up.
    2. 50k isn't bad, but depending upon the cosmetic condition one can only judge it. A friend sold his 5 year old V2 in 2017. 36k on the ODO and he sold it for about 45K. The rear panels gave away (cracks) and the fairing needed plastic welding.

And i got the bike in 50k . Look wise it is in ok ok condition...

Not a bad deal for 50k for a half a lakh km run bike. How did you come to the conclusion that the engine is consuming oil? Did you see oil level dropping using the dipstick method or drain method?

    Cheers!

Dont know the exact figures but still at least 100 ml at 1000 kms on harsh riding means always revving it near to redline and also sometimes hit the rev limiter.

What exact parts are you looking at? AliExpress has some cheap parts on sale and search for R15 compatible parts and you will get most of them.

Battery died all of a sudden. There was no current. It lasted for 4 years so can't complain.
Engine is as it is untouched. Oil consumption and compression within spec for an old bike.
Need new tyres soon. Going for fz16 v2 front and stock rear soon.
Wiring is hard and brittle. Need to change it sometime soon.
    Bust another speedosensor.
    Rest all are fine.

    Holeee Cau!!!
That reinforces the feeling that R15 and especially in V2 avatar was the awesome bike India has ever seen in recent years or at least in this decade.
Wish you million more miles till the odometer resets itself.
