    A bigger disc setup is not required for a bike as small as the R15. The trouble is too much and the gain is too little.
    If you want better brakes, change the rubber hoses to steel braided pipes and you will feel a great deal of difference in both the feel and the bite of the brakes.
    The brake lines for Bajaj Pulsar220 is a direct fit and its a comparatively cheap and less trouble some upgrade than changing the whole rotor, calipers and everything else.
    You will face many problems in mounting the calipers and a mod job that complicated might not be reliable (if not done properly). you don't want your brakes un-reliable.

    Has anyone used bigger front discs(300mm/320mm), if yes then where did you get it from and how much did it cost ? Also how much braking improvement over standard ?

    I had contacted the Tuneboss ECU guys a couple of years back, I asked them how can I buy the ECU and they said they will not sell the ECU as they won't be able to provide after sales service if I needed any help. I'd say just get a Powertronic as its a really good product and the after sales service they provide is really good .

    oh, yeah should have posted it...the battery stopped blinking constantly after a couple of days, then went to my mechanic and he said the ignition coil needed to be cleaned a bit as quite a bit of dirt/carbon was deposited..he did that, and the bike's been running well and no battery light so far...according to him, the ECU shows battery light and may switch the ignition off even if nothing is wrong with the battery itself but something's wrong with the ignition coil or the fuel pump..not sure how far that's correct, i still think something may have gone awry with the battery but anyway, bike's smoothness and throttle response has improved after the ignition coil cleaning..let's hope just the dirty ignition coil was indeed the problem, and not something subtle inside the battery that has momentarily hidden itself.

    Not sure about acceleration, but it'll feel somewhat smoother. There won't be any jerks in acceleration or any unwanted sounds from the new chain set.

    The sprocket teeth will be "bent" in one direction much like a hook.

    What do u mean by hooking bro? I am new to this kind of stuff..also please tell me how much does changing the whole chain set effect the smoothness and pickup of a bike? Pickup especially.
