You can Philips Diamond Vision series for more whitish light throw, helps in better throw or the Osram NightBreaker series they offer similar performance with good beam intensity. Rest, you're pretty much sorted on the pre ride check. Also as an aside, check your throttle cables, clutch cable for any wear or excess play, your brake pads and last but not least, ENGINE OIL. Replace/top up if necessary.

Hi Guys,
Currently my 2015 bike's ODO is around 38k and I'm planning a bike trip (around 2000km). Since all I have done till now is the regular services for 2500 km and not replaced any major parts in the bike. I am leaving my bike for the service and plan to change my chain sprockets, spark plug and the cone set if required. I wanted to know what all things that I would have to check for replacement during the service as I am going on a solo ride and don't want any problems which can be avoided. Tyre's are good and recently replaced. Need to replace the stock bulbs as they are not sufficient (please suggest me one). Also in this service I want to replace/repair any major part. So considering the mileage on the bike what are the things that I have to check for?? Sorry if I'm asking noobish questions. Thanks in advanceLeave a comment:

chhlik chhlik sound from engine....

I have a R15 v2 (odo 37000+ km)...i am hearing sounds(chhlik...chhlik....
)other than normal engine sound from my engine area. I suspect cam chain,cam chain tensioner.This sound is more audible when engine is hot or after riding for 1 hour or so
I dont know if it is the tensioner or the chain....
does a cam chain or cam tensioner need replacement at regular intervels? and if it does, what is the intervel for r15? and how often should i check valve clearance?

Check whether the reservoir black rubber cap is properly seated or may be coolant is above the FULL mark. Drain hose is directed towards bottom, literally it will not drain on sprocket cover.Originally posted by Saravanan Murdlock View Post

Thank you For your replay.. always trying to fill petrol as soon as possible..i smell something in this because earlier days after filling fuel the f meter only vanishes after 5 k.m.. this info written on user manual also.. my fuel pump replaced under warrenty three months earlier the cause is the f meter never flash even the fuel completely empty.. i stranded middle of roads two times without fuel...Originally posted by Akash.Yadav View PostLeave a comment:

1. Try to fill the tank as soon as the F flashes on the display. Fuel injected bikes shouldn't be running low on fuel. When you park the bike, it is on side stand. The fuel then might be insisting the sensor that there is enough fuel and the F meter vanishes. My r15 2016 model odo 18550 km have a strange issue. let me explain, firstly i'm weak in english, please pardon me for that..
whenever my bike fuel down to reserve the f meter starts to counting - we know that already. my bike also showing f meter counting but whenever i park bike for 30-40minute.. the f meter shows a different number .. example : bike ran on reserve about 10-15k.m. when i start the bike after some time of halting the f meter shows numbers like 3 or 5 k.m range..
is it related to meter console or ecu ? MY fuel pump was replaced under warrenty in last month..
One more problem - bike's front tyre have a abnormal wear on left side. any ideas here ??
