I think most of Hero bikes share these cables so the ones of Hero Xtreme/ Hunk/ Achiever might fit the Impulse...
Also never did I face problem for getting the clutch cable for my Impulse...

Re: Hero Impulse ownership experience
Still own the impulse .. ridden the Himalayan which doesn’t fit between my 6’4 height.Originally posted by HyperRetard View PostJust wondering, who all still has their impulse, who upgraded to the himalayan, and who is hyped for the x-pulse?
Also not interested in X-pulse cuz there won’t be as much difference in old 150cc and new 200 cc with mare 4bhp increase in power doesn’t make sense anymore
It’s like thunder bird 500 vs 500x
U get all the funk with additional cost, but you can retro fit everything to your old one at 10k max so no need to buy new expensive one.
Just like that
No doubt xpulse will be fun to ride motorcycle but the time it’ll launch my grand kids will be planning their kids
Hero MotoCorp lost my respect by delaying every product they willing to launch."The Answer, My Friend,

Yes many mechanic suggested me to fit monoshock of Unicorn with extended mounting screw.
it's sad that stock monoshock is not repairable. I bought new shock for 7000Rs. and again withing 3 months its giving issues just like old ones. My mechanic said he can add preload to it so that it doesn't thud anymore."The Answer, My Friend,

Re: Hero Impulse ownership experience
hello again,
I crashed my bike yesterday while off roading and damaged front disc brake assembly and now brakes not working while on the move.
I tried finding spares for the bike but it dint helped.
So my question is does anyone here retrofitted front disc brakes like full front fork, brakes, and wheel upgrade??
please let me know anything on this.
thanks in advance.

Re: Hero Impulse ownership experience
thanks for the reply bro. yes it's really sad that the stock monoshock can't be repaired and I too enquired about original one and I was quoted 7.5k including the nuts.but 7500 is way to expensive in my point of view. so I'll try out the unicorn's or fz's which I guess can be repaired if needed. just waiting for the engine swap after that I'll get to the shocks.Originally posted by saorabbh View PostYes many mechanic suggested me to fit monoshock of Unicorn with extended mounting screw.

I wanted to know how much it costs to engine swap."The Answer, My Friend,

Re: Hero Impulse ownership experience
So any concrete update on rear mono shock? Mine started giving thud sound from past one week, its time to replace it I guess.Any help?? Is there still any place in India where we can get all spare at a time, so that we can stock it for future, last week ran from one dealer to another for cone set, on phone they will deny even hearing such bike( what impulse), but if you go physically to spare section they will check and help.

Does this link help?
Shop Hero Bike Cushion Assy Rear Spare Parts Online At TheSparesCompany - The Spares Company - Where Genuine Is Real
I don't own a Impulse, but own a Karizma and I am in pretty much same boat as you are.
I had ordered rears shocks for karizma from the above site and the whole purchase experience was good.
If the above link does not work, then dropping a mail to Hero folks should be your next step.
