      Problems with AzzGunner!!!!
The bearing siezed and the gunner was stuck. Realized that the bearing cannot withstand the extreme temperature.
Will now contact the bearing supplier to send me a suitable one. Now if he sends the bearing with the same dimensions as before, then ok....or else redesign n go through the manufacturing process n painting process again.
This may now take come time
      Any updates bro?!

          Hi friends,
It's pretty boring here on a sunny sunday in chennai. Had nothing to do and my daughter had the TV remote in her custody. So thought I will visit my clients office just to kill time.
Near our clients office was a 3m car service n accessories shop. Visited there to full service of my bike.
Just as I was about to leave I saw a car headrest.
          It sparked a wonderful idea.....
          OPERATION BACK REST.
Quickly bargained n picked up the headrest for 300rs n left to office.
          Here's what happened next...
( Will be updating as and when it progresses)

Remove the screw and pull out the pillion seat.

          To remove the bracket

          After the bracket is removed

The most sophisticated template ever made in the history of engineering!!!!

          Updates will follow.

            Update

Fitted the backrest supports n test fit on the bike

            Result: Perfect fit

            Headrest

Now need to weld the supports to the backrest.

Project almost completed n hope will be back to my hotel right on time for lunch

You, my man, are an inspiration!!! A quick question, what is the length of the bolts holding the bracket? Did u use the same bolts or did u get longer ones? Absolutely fabulous work!

                    Hey thanks Bro.
No used the same size bolts but length was 10mm more than the original one.
If I'm not wrong the original is 15mm long. The ones I used are 25mm long.
One more info to add....those bolts are not metric, they are British threads. So any 2 wheeler automobile shop will have them.

Hello, I am Kiran. This is my first post on Xbhp. Bought ST7. Done 6100 kms. Most of my which is from navi mumbai to pune to navi mumbai. Previously owned Hyosung Comet GT250 for 7 years. I am very happy with both the bikes. Had no issues yet. Riding position is excellent. I am 5.6" still had no problem in turning and traffic nor had any problem with speed breakers. It has got ground clearance of 155mm. Chrome is shining as new. I clean chrome once in six months with white vinegar and foil paper. Use 3M wax every quarter.

Accessories installed are foot boards, back rest, front gaurd and carrier rack. As hyosung is a new upcoming company with less history I thought there my be quality issues but i dont see any here. No rust around engine area or paint or anywhere else. Suspension is very nice for solo ride. Need to be careful on speedbreakers when two persons on bike. Had to change battery once. Slight modification done on exaust.

Only a rider knows why a dog puts his head out of a window.

Wow been a long time.... cruiser bro can you share some more info about those rr's? may be it's time I need have mine checked as well.
I recently purchased a audio system for my bike from amazon.in. Now I'm working on how to fit it to the bike!!!! The amp provided is pretty big n unable to find a suitable place to fix it as it needs to be protected from dust n moisture. So I just finished designing a case for it. Will manufacture within a day or two n will post pics.
                                Seeya till then
