Guys i forgot to remove key from bike as it was switched on for 2 days. As i know today i think my battery is now totally gone even fi motor is not starting...
What should i do now?
Should i charge the battery????

Just the clutch plate and pressure plate or the full assembly of apache 160

approx 60k, the odo had stopped working for a while.

Cost details -

B&P kit - ₹4100 (2000 for piston and rings, another 2100 for the cylinder block)

Timing chain (DID, stock) - ₹1350
Head rubber gasket - ₹350 (for tappet cover)
Engine head gasket ₹300
Clutch plates and clutch center - ₹800 + ₹250 (replaced only clutch plates, from rtr160)

Gasket maker - ₹40
Oil - ₹500
NGK platinum plug - ₹160
Front wheel bearings (Mahle bearings) - ₹130 -6301- 2 of them

Chain and sprocket set - Rolon gold kit for CBR 150r - ₹870

Labour we paid - ₹1600 (I was personally guiding the mechanics)

Cost at lathe - Cylinder head resurfacing, valve head cleaning, spark plug tubbing and cleaning - ₹400

Block kit, timing chain, head gaskets were all stock Honda parts.

Biryani and some beer [emoji23] ₹1k haha

Other repairs done - New indicators for front (₹70 each, copy pieces), new clutch cable, new rear disc pads, O2 sensor area and throttle body cleaning, radiator flushing.

The slipper clutch will be fitted again after first service, that will cost you another 2k. Not added above. The bike should also get a front fork overhaul with 15w oil, fork springs from RTR180, new coneset, steel braided lines from p220, fully synth brake fluid, new tyres from Apollo (Alpha h1), this is to be done after first service. Should also switch back to a better oil.

Also in the last service we had filled fresh coolant, so that was reused since we couldn't source good coolant at the time of this work. The stator coil was new too, and costs ₹5600 (genuine Honda spare). Timing chain guides and
tensioner were in good shape, so didn't change them.

Regarding the clutch pack, RTR160-180-200 clutch packs are a direct fit on the CBR150r. This bike has been running RTR160 clutch pack for years. RTR200 slipper clutch works and is to be fitted next.

If you can expand a bit would be great. You mean to say RTR 200's slipper clutch with the clutch pack can be installed on the CBR150?

Done with block replacement on friend's CBR.

Total cost came to 10k

You can fit slipper clutch on CBR150, as well as the clutch kit from TVS Apache. Works like a charm.

It is a common issue. Your oil seal is broken. Just reach out any local mechanic shop or authorised service centre.

They’ll change your oil seal and replace the oil.

Today I rode bike around 5-7km after two weeks. After that i saw some oil leaking at left front fork. So i was concern about it.
But my dad said that it is normal cause bike was stationary for 2 week.
Is it common?

Your radiator fins may be bend . Check that.

My bike cbr 150r is getting over heated all this started after 1 month of my accident
Radiator fan works properly and even the coolant reservoir is full
Any solutions.??
