Localization does not mean availability of spares at low cost. You will need to consider the spares pricing of RR310 which is manufactured locally. With just 27 outlets across the country servicing options are still going to be limited and costly compared to KTM. -

Hey guys,
As you all must be aware, N300 is now 3L, ex showroom, making it am awesome purchase. This made me really think about getting this awesome bike. I'm based out of Mumbai.
Today I was going through this forum to know about ownership reviews, read many posts and frankly I'm kind of shocked to learn about the state of affairs wrt the availability and price of spares and service.
Being in Mumbai, I think might get spares, but due to scarcity, service would be exorbitantly charged 'by the hour', as I got to know they are charging after breakup with Bajaj. But overall, to me, it seems like a pain, that even after paying 3.5L, we can't have peace of mind during ownership. It sort of breaks my heart. [emoji29]

Lots of options are available for tail light, and many are using it well too. Plug and play which includes indicators incorporated in it . Headlight though is a different thing. Remember once you screw the current setup, it will cost a bomb to replace(unsure about new model). Try to source a ZX6R 636 headlight assembly . Before all this, make sure you need the update. There are some local Thai and Indonesian models that fit 300. But I am unsure about the quality. Best bet will be to claim insurance on the current one as it costs around 14k for the rear rotor. i found the Brembo DISC ROTOR (solid disc) for the front and its awesome

I bought the kit from an outside shop and went to my known mechanic. I also have heard stories saying DID, another Japanese brand kit as well as Rolon; however not sure which is legit though. Bro, I also had similar offer on z250 earlier. This will be bad than a roughly used single owner bike. When the bike was offering me, the km was much lesser. Just imagine how much abused driving it would have gone through. Even though Kawasaki offer you support only buy if you know a professional mechanic and he certified it. Or please add some more money and buy a new or neatly maintained used one.
