How about vibrations? mine at around 3.5k to 4.5k RPM - the vibrations go mad even if the bike is driven within 60KMPH...

Re: Honda CB Trigger Ownership Experiences and Reviews
Very bad experience, there was white smoke at 13000 then 15000 and then 33000 finally they had to change the block & piston. Vibrations are there , the back panel rattling similar to Unicorn, paint peeling off near disk assembly, tabloid vibrating etc. this is my first bike with so many complaints, i have owned Unicorn, CBR 250 & fascino. Now the problem is after it is discontinued no one is offering a good price. Can't believe nobody is giving more than ₹25000 for a Nov'13 model in Pune.

Re: Honda CB Trigger Ownership Experiences and Reviews
Hi Guys,
I would like to modify my trigger for touring
, suggest me designs if you have already modified your bike and post your bikes pics too
. What i'm planning is to put an aftermarket wind shield, a crossbar for the handle bar, hand guards and changing the grab rails to an aftermarket luggage carrier from studds. Well i don't want to change anything that effects engine, only preferring some cosmetic changes to my bike. Well, will that be enough ??

Re: Honda CB Trigger Ownership Experiences and Reviews
My bike covered above 1 lakh kilometres, done a cylinder, piston, valve change at 1 lakh kilometer due to smoke and reducing engine oil.Originally posted by Bruce Logan View PostAfter starting this thread almost 6 years ago, anyone still using this motorbike and how the performance is now...

Re: Honda CB Trigger Ownership Experiences and Reviews
I guess no, but the internet has the workshop manuals for CBZ and Unicorn 150. Search "manual de taller unicorn". That's more than enough as the major chassis/axle/engine torque specs/procedures are more or less the same for all 150cc commuter Hondas sold here under different names.Originally posted by pradeeppk View PostDoes anybody has the service manual of cb trigger

Re: Honda CB Trigger Ownership Experiences and Reviews
I want to convert the rear drum to disc, is it possible. There is a model that comes with disc so i guess it should be.

Possible. However it will require multiple changes. I don't think it is worth it.Originally posted by Adibaba View PostI want to convert the rear drum to disc, is it possible. There is a model that comes with disc so i guess it should be.
@dichkaun @anishkrissh
Talk to the mechanic at the service center.

Re: Honda CB Trigger Ownership Experiences and Reviews
The problem i am facing- there is a slot/groove that has been created in the rear brake wall. I talked to a local mechanic and he suggested that sanding the walls i.e smoothing the walls of the rear brake wall. I was thinking of getting disc system all together.Originally posted by dichkaun View PostPossible. However it will require multiple changes. I don't think it is worth it.

Re: Honda CB Trigger Ownership Experiences and Reviews
So I saw the bike catalog for trigger, all i require to now is to change the wheel rim. I need to buy the master kit and disc, calipers. No need to change the swing arm as Honda has provided a reusable one thanks honda. all want is now a some one in the forum to post their cb trigger disc assembly and master kit fitting photos so that i can explain the mechanic how it needs to be done. All parts i am using are honda provided its just that the mechanic needs to understand how to do the fitting.
