Use gear oil ep90 to lubricate. Check the manual for how to remove the cover.

Hey guys
Its been two years since i have bought my trigger, and its done 15k kms untill this may i was getting a mileage of 48-50 but suddenly it went down to 40 and its been constant ever since.
I have done an air filter change and servicing as well.I am using shell advance 10w30.
I usually ride around an average speed of 60kmph.
Anything i could do to increase the mileage ?

Mileage depends on a lot more things than just the riding speed.
Air filter, spark plug, carburetor tuning, tyres, chain slackness, riding habits, conditions etc.

A lot of information we look for is already available on either xBhp or other sites. A simple Google search would help

Here's a link that could be helpful:

I had gone through all this before purchasing the bike. My concern is the sudden drop that has taken place.Recently I have personally got the servicing done as well.I used to get 50 kmpl with the same riding habits.

I have the same problem with my trigger. Facing some problem with idling the SA said there's some problem with carburettor the choke cable is getting stuck. I am going to give it for the repair soon.

My bike is 2 years old with jus 8.9k km.

Give the bike to ASC. Most probably they'll change the gasket.

For the oil leak, it seems like the gasket. Get it checked.

And the cold idling and choke cable issue is pretty common with the Trigger AFAIK. Cleaning the carb, replacing spark plug, air filter, choke cable might help, depending on the situation.

Cheers

I was indeed due to the gaskit. Got it changed at service centre and bill was jus Rs 165. The cost of part is jus Rs 40 but the labour charges are Rs 100 and rest are the taxes.

Adibaba Do you hear tappet noise from the engine? Get it adjusted if yes.
Some say even that affects the efficiency. I'm not sure about this personally though.

PS: I'm assuming you've already checked the things mentioned in my previous post and checked with a good mechanic
