He was simply making a fool of you.

Every vehicle has an air filter.

My bike fell in parking with the weight of one other bike on its left side so now the handle is very slightly bent towards right and they are quoting 1200Rs for alignment, so i just wanted to confirm the same before dropping my bike at SVC within a day or two.
Maybe only the handle bar is bent. It costs some 350rs. From a simple fall like yours, it shouldn't cause any more damage.

As for alignment, my bikes forks were slightly bent and I got them fixed at 750rs from the svc. (my bike is fz-16)

As far as I know they will pour some cleanup solution in the engine and keep it running for 15-20 min. Then the engine oil will be drained. It will clear all the carbon particles in the engine. I've seen it done on my car. Not entirely sure about bikes. Procedure should be same.

And one more thing, if you are one of those rough riders who doesn't care if your bike hits a pothole at 60kmph then your forks are bound to suffer. Oil seal in FZ tends to leak if you glide over potholes at a fair speed. I've seen many FZs face this problem. And all of the owners were pretty rough in riding the bike. Other than that it will bare you fine.
Thank you guys for your help.
