        Thread reopened!

Congratulations on the purchase. Additionally, please create an account of your own on the forum. We would like to hear from you both and it would be easier for the both of you to actively and distinctly participate in discussions here.

P.S - I hope the pic without helmets is just for a pose and you guys wear helmets otherwise!
P.P.S - How come your ODO showed 600 km when you actually covered 1100 km?

Yes, projectors are awesome! R15 despite having 2 bulbs has very poor lighting.

Bro, I'd advice you to use drum and not Disc. The reason is with Disc, you get more chances of locking rear in panic braking situations and can make way for skidding. Generally on emergency braking, we tend to apply rear brakes mostly as it's easily triggered. But with Motorcycles, the proper braking should be 70% front and 30% rear. At least rear must always be less used and use front more. My 200NS has read Disc, though I felt great to have them, but many times forgetfully I ended up locking the wheels.

But careful on wet roads, gravel and taking corners. Avoid front disc brakes at full pressure in such cases, front wheel can easily lock on such cases and will seriously result in skidding. I'd advice you to read the braking concepts here in xbhp forums itself.

think it depends on your braking skills.. one can stop a bike in less distance compared to abs..
