    Hi all,
New owner of tn25 from Israel, I just bought a second hand bike with 2300 km on odometer and liked it so far !
May I ask for your advises with the following :

    1. Chain slack - I adjusted it with a play of 15 mm per manual
but it's look fairly tight , should I stick with the manual spec. ??
    2. My blinkers are working simultaneously (with low light level ) when the bike is on (they are functioning fine as indicators or hazard ) I'm afraid something is wrong with the blinkers unit - where is the unit location in our bike (I may try to switch it)?
    3. Brakes upgrading? - as mentioned earlier, the brakes are bite lacking ,I'll be more than happy to modified it if possible (different pads for example ).

that's all for the mean time
    Looking forward your prompt replies.

I searched the internet but, or I am really bad at searching, or there is no info abouts this.

            Hi All,

Please find below post from fellow Xbhpian Binil. As per the information he received DSK Benelli is expected to start a service package and they would also localize the chain , sprocket and brake pads which will reduce the costa. Hope that DSK brings the things that they said it will be a plus point for all the Benelli owners.
And many thanks to Binil for sharing this inofmation in Tnt 300 thread.
Please find acreenshot of the post.

            Thanks,

Can we expect service pricing and extended service intervals too.

No further visibility on this yet. Came to know today morning from Binil's post in Tnt 300 thread. I guess we will have to wait till DSK Benelli declares this whole thing for further confirmations. Meanwhile you can try by having word at service center which i will also try and see if we get any further confirmation. Till then its completely surprise.

                      Hi All ,
Sorry for the late update. I got my bike back after one week. Water pump and right side casing was changed again this time with new improved design and issue has not resurfaced again (*Touchwood*).

                        Hello to all,

Quick question, has anyone purchased (not from Service Center) rear disc brake pads for our TNT25. We all know that the cost of rear brake pads is very highly priced, so wondering if there are any alternative source to buy one.

BTW, I just completed 12K KMs and anniversary is just few days away Below are the quick pricing break up for the 4th service.

12000 KM Service - Flush & Fill Radiator coolant and Brake fluid - 2297 rs
                        Oil Filter - 213 rs
                        Air Filter - 134 rs
                        Spark Plug - 400 rs
                        Consumables - 1150 rs
                        Engine Oil - 1282 rs

                        Total cost - 5476 rs

Hope this helps for prospective buyers and for ones who are about to go for their 4th service.

                        Cheers,

                          Hi All,
Another update wanted to share one app which keep fuel logs as and when entered and alsp calculates mileage, fuel costs till date, fuel prices etc. App name is Fuelio in Google Play store (Not promoting the app just sharing the information for benefit of all the fellow riders). And while tracking my fuel stats there was one revealation that i was able to achieve average of 35 kmpl which is quite surprising for Tnt 25 atleast to me. You can give this app a try incase you are intrested in the same. Please find below screen shot of my fuellog which also contains average details.

                          Thanks,
                          Anway Kale.

                            Hi Ravi,
For buying brake pads other place from where we can buy brake pads is AliExpress. Price is quite reasonable on the site but not sure aboutthe quality as ihavenot used it. Anybody from our existing Tnt25 riders can help if they have used the brake pads from AliExpress.

The alternative for stock brakes a forum discussed in TNT 300 about EBC brakes should be a good alternative for stock one I feel with reliable and pricing.

So after 10 months of Happy Riding gave the bike for 4 th paid service on March 11. The following was the Service charges

Flush & Fill Brake fluid and radiator fluid : 2298
                                Consumables : 1150
                                Front Brake pad : 598
                                Engine Oil : 1283
                                Filter element :134
                                Oil filter : 213
                                Spark Plug : 400
                                Total : 6076.

Before service , there was huge vibrations coming from the tank area between 4500- 5500 rpm range. After service it reduced a lot. But still my radiator inlet portion is broken. Still spare not available. Took two days for the bike to get serviced. Overall the service was satisfactory. The good thing about benelli is their customer care dept. Immediate response.
