I went to the showroom several times but they kept on saying that there is no stock, earlier I went to get a screw for my windshield but they said that they didn't have that either and the workshop is in really bad condition too.
Was the bend in a brand new bike or you did you happen to fall in your bike bending your handlebar and gear lever?

    Cheers!

First off, why was the handlebar and the gear lever bent on a new bike? Aren't you supposed to do a proper PDI before taking the delivery?
Secondly, drop a detailed e-mail to Royal Enfield regarding these issues and the condition of the showroom. They should be able to take care of it.

I completely agree. But since it clearly mentions that it needs replacement in manual, these guys might just say it will impact warranty if not done as per manual. Let's see anyway will go for it this time as loosing 12 months warranty isn't a small thing. Else I wanted to quickly shift to Motul 5100. Removing Evap has anyway made the engine a tad smoother and responsive even after 100km/hr. But my sweet spot now is around 80-90

What's the usual cost of this service ? Unfortunately it's either service cost or warranty. Since warranty is for 2 years.

With an RE, pretty much anything can be good or go wrong right after getting delivered. But jokes apart. Start off by checking the documents for valid insurance and what not, check for clean papers. Secondly, make sure the wiring of the bike is in tact, which is a tell tale sign to know if the bike has been abused. Too much exposed, shoddy and taped wiring would mean a potential problem later. Secondly, the general PDI follows here, lights, brakes, engine, tires all much be checked to satisfaction, MAINLY BATTERY before taking the keys.

Finally and importantly, make sure the service record was followed by the prev owner, and replace engine oil if necessary, if the previous owner didn't. Warranty does play a big role when it comes to Royal Enfield. Warranty is applicable when periodic services are followed and logged in the owners manual.

    That's pretty much it.

    Cheers!

    Pretty please?

You're not overloading any stock wiring. You're basically tapping right from the ignition for the additional aux lamp. And these are easily reversible. Relay is what makes wiring too much and makes routing another headache. Just my thought. But, with a relay, any electrician from a reputed shop can do.

Tap the positive of the ignition and connect any wire of the aux light switch to the ignition tap wire, then take the other wire of the switch and connect it to the positive of the aux beams. Connect a second negative from the aux lights to any earthing point in the bike and voila you have a working aux light, that works only with the ignition.
