1.What is the chain lube u will suggest? And how often should i lubricate?
2.Should i continue to use the yamalube engine oil or any other suggestions?
3.Best polish for matt finish parts?
    1. 90 grade oil for regular use. 140 grade oil for high speed cruising.

    2. After completing free servicing, use shell advance ultra 10w 40 or ZIC fully synthetic 10w 40 oil.

    3. 3M dashboard polish or Motomax shiner (works on both glossy and mat finish but makes matt surface glossy !)

Bro,just use any better quality h90 gear oil to lube chain, its cost effective and does the job,and use kerosene for cleaning.ther is no specific time interwals when u see ur chain its dry just lube it with 90 gear oil.normaly its good for 500 kms,

Yes use yamalube for 2500 kms after that change your oil if u need to,

And i have never used any polish so cant tell

What about valve clearence??? Do we need to adjust it often ??

Also the conclusion i am drawing is that i just have to ignore these issues and they wont cause any problems??
Hi, I have the 2019 version and honestly i dint get that sound, but again have driven a max of an hour at 100 kmph at a stretch and not more. The coin rattle is a minimal noise, which can be ignored easily if you just enjoy the feel and the riding conditions. Had a similar noise in my pulsar every npw and then as some part of the fairing had come lose and needed frewuent tightening. So these small minor noises don't bother me.

The tapets and turrets, etc do not need any tuning, people have just done to get better figures/remove the above mentioned noise. I havent done it and I dont see the need.

There are no major issues observed till now which would need frequent or regular services. My Pulsar used to need a service every 1000 kms. But here i just feel it can go on and on.

I am facing the same situation , the MRF after sales inspected and found the air leaking from side, MRF are happy to replace the tyres but only S version is available, for that 700rs have to be paid.

    1. Coin rattling noise/ tappet noice issue - is there any permanent solution for this issue?? If not then will it effect longevity?? To be honest i dont mind this sound itself but it shouldn't affect performance and longevity.
    2. Valve clearence: - i have read alot of complaining about how we need to adjust valve clearence again and again???

To be honest i like pretty much everything about fz 25 and wanna buy it but since i live in a small town i don't wanna run from mechanic to mechanic to fix these issues especially since yamaha sva support here is almost non existent

Can you please enlighten that what could be the possible reasons behind this
If you ride like a dominar it will return mileage like dominar , but if you ride in city shifting gears around 3500 -4000 rpm 30-35 is easily achievable, check tyre pressurs, air filter , & spark plug , if it does not solve get the computer analysis done at yamaha service centre

That thud was of low intensity previously. (Now larger)
And bike having low odo reading also have smaller thud.

    Clutch is adjusted properly.
Problem persists when adjusting clutch at tighter side too.

    What may be the issue.?
Which gear are you having trouble with or the bike lunges forward with clutch pulled in with any gear? If it lunges forward with any gear, without you releasing the clutch, your freeplay is on the looser side.

Get your slack adjusted at both clutch case side and lever side and see if it helps.

    Cheers!

    Thankyou brother for the reply!
