And how can I forget the first service experience
There were multiple oil leaks after the service, also I was charged 150 for chain cleaning and lube
All they did was lubing with used engine oil.
I felt there was no point in arguing with them.

Later went for a short ride and I felt sluggishness in the engine, it felt too lazy to be revvd beyond 70 with more vibrations and oil leaks has increased

Went back to the service centre again and asked the mechanic about the engine oil quantity used( as the oil is leaking from the bolts on the engine, not the gaskets)he over filled by 150ml

1450ml was supposed to be filled with oil filter as per the manual. Where as he filled with 1600ml. Which he admits that he has been doing the same for all the FZ25's

Just left from there, came home drained out the extra 150ml oil, things are normal from then.

Regarding the engine oil, it's good only for 2500kms. Bike feels rough after that also the vibes increase on the handle bar.

Will opt for motul 10w 50 FS or the will try out the 15w50 liqui moly street. Not decided yet.

Few more pics of the bike

it's like Yamaha service guys don't give a damn about bikes, they do what they want to do without taking our problems into consideration, I thought it's only my service centre guys clowning around.

150rs for chain lube that's comparatively less, Its 295rs here in CBE.

once I'm done with the 3rd free service I m going to invest in basic maintenance tools and do the servicing myself.

After lot of dilema between Gixxer 250 and FZ 25 bought the FZ only because Of Seating position and the Suspension setup but the Gixxer felt more punchy though. Give me any bike I ride at 80-90 speeds, keeping that in mind I went ahead with the FZ( comfort over power).

Have done about 4k kms till now out of which 1500kms is of a trip to Mahabalipuram, pondicherry, Kanchipuram and tirupati.

By the way, I maintain my bikes and car well.
