Re: 2017 Duke 390 Owners Reviews and Experiences
I got the dual horn of Pulsar installed today. The horn directly fits Duke 390 without any need for relay. I also got mobile holder with charger installed. The mobile holder is of local brand (RAM Mount type design). Does anybody has any experience with this local mobile holder charger, how good the charger works when its raining.

Re: 2017 Duke 390 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Most single horn setup can handle twin horn, if will draw more amp, sometimes blow a fuse or worse load the horn switch and make it renderless in the future, hence using a relay means your horn switch stays good, doesn't overheat and give up. It will work, but you get peace of mind using a relay, and in future if you plan to upgrade to a higher amp draw horn, the relay will be extremely helpful which is exactly the reason why I mentioned you to use a relay on one of my earlier postsOriginally posted by abhichotu.abhi View PostI got the dual horn of Pulsar installed today. Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

I changed to Amsoil in Feb. No major changes observed in namma Bengaluru’s bumper to bumper traffic.Originally posted by Mandar64 View PostYou can also try maxima racing oil, heard good things about it,it is made in US.I never tried it though, motousher sells this oil.You can also check abhinav bhatt's review on youtube about this oil he used on his triumph tiger.

Re: 2017 Duke 390 Owners Reviews and Experiences
I would like to transport my duke 390 from Hyderabad to Nellore (Andhra Pradesh). Can anyone suggest me reliable and affordable transport service to do so ?
I dont have any option to take two wheeler to transport office. Service has to collect the bike from apartment and deliver it to my home in Nellore.
Thanks in advance.

I changed the engine oil to Motul 7100 10w50,last oil change was in december.Oil was good, but changed it cause bike has not been ridden frequently.Do i need to change the air filter or just inspect it and clean it.The Bike has run 6300kms only and it is 2 year old.Last edited by Mandar64; 07-24-2020, 07:02 PM.Driving a Car is like watching a movie

Re: 2017 Duke 390 Owners Reviews and Experiences
just inspect and clean it if required with some compressed air. considering the low km running the oil will easily be good for at least a year, so don't worry much.Originally posted by Mandar64 View PostI changed the engine oil to Motul 7100 10w50,last oil change was in december.Oil was good, but changed it cause bike has not been ridden frequently.Do i need to change the air filter or just inspect it and clean it.The Bike has run 6300kms only and it is 2 year old.
sometimes we just have to go with common sense and not the 'service manual' or what svc 'advice's' (they of-course want to sell parts to make money)

Air filters do not need replacement, but they do require inspection especially if the bike is parked outside, you never know what made a nest out of it. But, other than that, it basically doesn't need a replacement considering the ODO reading.Originally posted by Mandar64 View PostI changed the engine oil to Motul 7100 10w50,last oil change was in december.Oil was good, but changed it cause bike has not been ridden frequently.Do i need to change the air filter or just inspect it and clean it.The Bike has run 6300kms only and it is 2 year old.

Re: 2017 Duke 390 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Nowadays, many resellers sell Motul and specialty lubes, and I for one have always purchased most of my lubes from Amazon, and so far I haven't had any issues. I would suggest you get stuffs from Amazon, their packing is for one, better than Flipkart in most cases.Originally posted by pchetan2 View PostCan anyone suggest good online place to buy motul products ?
