    Hello All,

I just wanted to share my experience I had with Sahara Seats. I was having a lot of issues with my stock seat as I am pretty heavy at around 140 kgs. When I used to take my 2 hr ride to office and back the foam used to completely sink and my rear-end used to hate me for abusing it.

After consulting this forum I decided not to go with the touring seat as people we not very happy with the improvement. After long hours of thought, I decided to go for Sahara seats on Amazon. The seat titled D2 was kind of like a taller replica of the CGT seat. I liked the design and placed the order on amazon for around 4.3k. after that I was in touch with them on whatsapp continuously. The first seat they made was not to my liking as it felt a little flat like the stock bench. I gave them my inputs and they made another one as I asked them to stick to the original CGT type step. The new seat they made was much better. I received the seat a day later and fit it on my bike. Check out the pictures and let me know your thought. I can say that the cushion is much harder than stock and gives much better support.

Even after 2 hours of riding it still feels quite comfortable and my butt doesn't hate me after getting off the bike. I should say though that the foam added an inch or two to the seat height. As I am 6'3" it works for me, but has made me consider bar risers more seriously. You can check Sahara Seats out if you are in the market for a seat replacement. Just a word of caution, they make the base my themselves from metal which can be a scratch risk for the tank. Wish I had paid attention to that. Would've avoided me a lot of paint chips. Sigh!Click image for larger version

Hi everyone, hope yall are doing absolutely fine and safe.

I just had the BOBO Clawgrip with Charger installed on my 650 and one thing that I notice is that the Neutral indicator light doesnt turn green anymore. What could be the issue, did I blow a fuse or messed a wire somewhere? The cables for the charger directly run to the battery to avoid cutting cables and voiding warrantly.

Thanks in advance and stay safe, cheers! [emoji4]

Hi bro, yes it's highly likely some fuse has blown.

I'll never recommend a aftermarket battery charger equipped mobile holder unless it's built right from the factory. That's why I went only with the BOBO claw grip holder without the charging unit. I carry a powerbank if I ever need to charge on the go, but that rarely happens.

Also try to utilise the auxiliary port in the headlamp unit before connecting directly to battery.

          Cheers

Could be blown neutral Indicator bulb the tiny green one. Happened once in my machismo and that time it was replaced .
But here they won't be opening the speedo.
I advise you to first remove the charger and any other electrical accessories you have on the Motorcycle then only take it to service center to claim warranty. RE is now making a note of after market accessories installed on the Motorcycle.

Thanks for the response guys, really appreciate it.

So I thought of trying something out and what I did is turned on the ignition by inserting the Key, Neutral light was not glowing then turned on the Ignition Switch, which did a system check and VOLA! Neutral light is back on. Tried turning Ignition switch and keys On and Off few times looks like its all good FOR NOW. Will keep a close eye on this.

              Thanks again.

                Hello everyone,

I'm considering upgrading from my Bullet 500 - and the INT650 is one of the machines I've shortlisted.

I am however a bit concerned about the foot-peg issue that many owners have mentioned. Since the bike will serve both commuting-to-office & touring duties I wanted to get your feedback on a workaround I just saw on a website.

Someone swapped the INT650's foot-pegs and associated hardware with the GT650. Here's an excerpt from the article. Link to the original article below:

Then, I went and swapped the footpegs. Now, this is the easy part. All I did was get the gear shifter lever, the rear brake pedal, and mounting plates and heel plates of the GT 650, and voila, all my problems relating to fowling shins and not being able to grip the motorcycle were gone! Additionally, the new rearset footpegs naturally push your upper body forward.

Has anyone tried this? Any idea if this might work?

                Thanks.

It will work, there's no doubt, both the bikes are basically the same apart from some changes.
Test drive the bike and see for yourself whether the foot pegs cause you any problem or not, if you face some issue then worry about swapping them
                  Peace

Thank you! I plan on going for test rides as soon as the current situation related to the virus improves. [emoji846]

I did come across this news yesterday. YSS from Thailand offering fully tunable rear suspensions and preload for the front.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                        The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                        THE END

I'm looking to purchase one.. I'm completely sold on the Interceptor after watching the commercial. Damn, RE knows how to market their bikes. I've got my eyes on Ravishing Red.

                              HI Guys,

I own an INT650 and want to install cellphone charger v.i.a. accessory jumper plug provided in the headlight. After lot of google search I have not been able to find its "type". Idea is to find the female part of the jumper and connect it with the charger thus not having to connect it directly to the battery avoid messing the wiring. Can someone please help identify it?
