where is Lakshmi bike service, I will definitely give this service centre a try. prior to this I have given my bike to Triton motor(worst SVC) and a local mechanic at yelahanka wasn't too happy with him either, that's why I stuck to an ASC.
They use the worst quality of products for polish. The bike would be covered in dust and grime in no time, almost like there was oil on the bike. The job was always done half assedly and I was never happy with the wash either. So I always saved myself the trouble by telling them not to wash the bike or polish it. I did that myself at home whenever I got the time. I would hose down the bike once before going so that they can work on stuff like oil change without getting dust into the engine.

Lakshmi bike service is in Bhadrappa layout. You can google the address. There's a facebook page with his number on it too. As I mentioned before, do call before you head there as he focuses heavily on quality and may not accept your bike without prior intimation. I mean, he will accept it, but he might take time to work on it if he already has another job to finish. So better to book an appointment.

    Is he experienced with Apaches?
Actually I'm astonished, that there are so Many apaches but nowhere is there a proper modifier or an expert on this bike! No offence to the experienced people on this thread. But I'm just telling my experience, even if there are experts I've not found them. So please if any of you know experts in Apache in Bangalore please let me know.
And also i will go n check with this Lakshimi bike service once.
Another question... Have anyone of you tried long distance touring, like 500kms in a day kinda thing? Because I'm looking to add a removable windshield, so that there'll be less wind blast and removable because. It's not need for city rides and also make it look less awkward.

If you want answers and peace of mind when you suspect a problem with your bike, there's a place in Bhadrappa layout called Lakshmi Bike service. The mechanic there is very competent. He's also reasonable. I've seen guys with superbikes go to him, rest assured your bike will be in good hands. He's got a facebook age with his number on there. Give him a buzz before you head in.

If money is not an issue, I heard that Indimotard opened an in house garage near Mahadevpura. Also, there's xtorque near soul space arena mall that's got good reviews. Both these places charge labour by the hour, but they're efficient and work fast.

PS: the TVS mechs won't know if you don't tell them. :P

P.S : AX7 is synthetic based, actually. Not FS. Shell ultra is FS.
