Did everything but nothing worked finally ..MERE DIMAG KI BATTI JALI and i replaced my old plug with new one and @ ignition only i could feel she was back on track... hehehe. Even Mileage was back to normal (42-48kmpl)
. Now onwards i'll make sure that i change Spark plug @ every 6-8k kms.

Also i wana know that should i change my Injector also as of now bike is 40k old and in Leh ride she suffered a lot thanks to dirty Petrol (1mech in Leh city told us that most Petrol Pump wala mix rokel even in Premium petrol)and dirty Aif Filter . And Yea i would like to Thanks NOX for all tech support he give me even @ mid night he's happy to explain me working of Chain Sporket and why we need 2-3cm's slack ...hehehe

Change the plug at every 5000kms, it costs mere 100 bucks.

the injector will last till 100000-200000 kms...
all you need to do is the clean it when it gives the symptoms hyperion pen'd.

Its not enough to know how to twist the throttle; you must have judgement to know when and where to do it.

To get the injectors cleaned you have to go to the SC.

And the chain never "slips" as you're telling, the "slipping" (lag between throttle input and the bike zooming off) is due to the clutch setting or the worn out plates.

Got that. Thanks. meanwhile i had posted it here also. BTW, howz ur RTR now? Any issues?

Actually my left subframe has gone loose and moving around swing arm axle by 5. Will get it fixed by innovative today or or will fix it on sunday.

Tried to fix it yesterday itself, but those bolts are tightened by SVC Rambos.

                          • Guys, I have been trying to get the RTR 180 sprocket kit in Chennai from RAMKAY, Adyar for the past one month or so in vain. Can any one of you guys around the Southern States check for it and PM me if its available? Need it quite badly and I do not want to settle for the 160's sprocket kit. Am prepared to pay extra cost for the shipping...

Its a slightly taller gearing. Ratios will be better spaced out. Better topend
