  • Ceat Vertigo?
    Ok, Wil check that out!

I was thinking of Zappers only, But have no idea of the price

    • check for defects in the ceat vertigo. i bought one 8 months ago. when riding at 115kmph my bike started to wobble. i figured it down to the tyre which was wobbling even when i put the bike on centre stand and rotated it. so make sure u buy the right tyre. i myself am going for a dunlop geo cruiser or monster now.

      • How does the geocruiser fare against the zapper q?
I remember a few years back it was a heavily recommended tyre!
        And which is this "monster"?

        • i dont know much but my front tyre is dunlop and its awesome. i like it better than the mrf. the geo cruiser it seems is also less expensive than an mrf zapper. one dealer told me 1750rs for dunlop and 2100rs for mrf, both include the tube. i just saw this dunlop monster in their website.

          • ^^ Oh , Dunlop Monster, the one which has almost the same pattern of Micheli Sirac!
I have heard the thread pattern will make the bike "less flickable"!
and it will reduce the mileage also?

            Where is everyone???

              • Hey guys today morning i did a 5+5kms of to and fro trip amidst continuous rains and water logged roads. During both away and return trips, the red light on the console (engine fault indicator) came on after 1-2kms. While going i rode it all the way with the light on. But while coming i stopped whenever the light came on and killed & restarted the engine. But the trend is still there. 2-3kms and the light comes on. I inspected the bike and didnt see anything new or out of place. Even the engine temp was low due to rainy atmosphere.
                What could it be?

PS:- I did think of taking it to a svc but then realised that it's sunday today

                • Hi all. I bought a Black Hyper Edge and absolutely liking it. I want to, even better. So, please provide some good riding tips. Also, what rpm range is ideal for shifting gears in a 160?

                  • Hi guys, having one uncommon issue with my bike. In the cold condition the bike seems normal,But after riding some 10 mins the rear wheel is getting jammed. I checked the wheel rotation after the 10 mins ride in the center stand, I could not able the rear wheel freely. The issue come only after 10-15 mins of ride. Please let me know the issue guys.

                    • Rode it with a Zapper C before I swtiched to the michelin. Its a good tyre but is smaller and makes it a fun to ride machine. On corners they would scare you though.

                      • My RTR acting up pretty wierdly!

Took the bike back from service on friday. I reached home, and started the bike for office and the throttle cable snapped all of a sudden, no signs of it earlier too! Got that fixed, and the rear tyre ate up a big nail. And now, heavy knocking sound from the engine, though there is no change in mileage and pick up

                            • Is it possible to change the 18" rear size of hyperedge to 17"?
As you know the options for 17" tires are more than 18" configuration.

same here but sc mechanic saying u have to change rear sprocket also as 160`s rear sprocket is different from 180`s and that is 46t
