NO. You won't get a bent fork bike yaarOriginally posted by r4z0rs-edge View Postany way to identify fork bend by seeing? Well its my first bike, not so much experienced. And dealer will only give one test ride of the selected bike.
Don't worry
Keep a check only to the main things like electricals, papers and all. You got to be unlucky as hell to get bent fork on a brand new bike LOL.Join my facebook Page: Life On 2-Wheels | Blog: Life On 2-Wheels

I got another question. Is it safe to ride with tube tire at high speed for long periods of time? Is there any chance that the tube could blast due to heat? Tire gets heated after higher speed for long time, right? So is it gonna be safe if i ride Rtr he on stock tires on 100+ for like an hour, is there any prob in that?

Yes it is absolutly fine if u ride with correct presure on both tyres nothing will go wrong but i wont suggest you do that with stock tyres .Originally posted by r4z0rs-edge View PostI got another question. Need some help urgently. I just have tomorrow as a holiday so was thinking of getting my apache 150 ( silver colour ) wrapped in black matte vinyl. I wanted to wrap the front fender, the headlight fairing, the tank and the rear panels. My side panels are already black .
should i go ahead with this ? Any tips ? how much will it cost ?
thanks

get it done by a person who is able to fix it properly , any bubbles inside the vinyl will make it look worse than before!Originally posted by addyrulz01 View PostNeed some help urgently. Should I buy Apache Hyperedge?
Well i am going to buy my first bike
, and since i am student, not planning more than on 70k of my dad's money
, i dont like pulsars
, they are tooooo common, I live in delhi, and need it just for 10-20kms a day but want style and 40+ kmpl.
Performance doesn't really matter much. i am very much intrested in Apache RTR Hyperedge. Please suggest asap, also i would keep the bike for about a year only.
Except for bicycles, everything else: i learned to ride it in "Grand Theft Auto"!

If you are sure about keeping the bike for a year only, don't go for a new one get a 2nd hand instead. You will easily get it for less than 40k and the best part when you sell it after a year, you will get atleast 30k back if you don't screw it extraordinarily.Originally posted by vaibhav_ View PostWell i am going to buy my first bike

In case you spend 70k for a new one, and sell it within one year, you will not get more than 50k in return.
CAUTION: I have not sold/bought second hand RTRs. All this is based on what i have witnessed and seen.If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough - Albert Einstein
I think i know less than what you think i know.

Well, I suggest to you go for some Honda/Yamaha then. Reason? No, not that I don't find RTR as a good machine. It is surely a real performer. But as you've mentioned that you don't have much interest in sheer power, then why to go for a bike which is much known for the raw power than the ones which are known for looks, smoothness and ride quality? Got my point? Though, its nothing wrong in going for RTR, but when you don't care about hygiene, then why don't eat something which is known for its taste rather than being hygienicOriginally posted by vaibhav_ View PostNa! not going to buy an old one!!
I would suggest you to go for Yamaha FZ/Fazer, Honda Dazzler or so.Join my facebook Page: Life On 2-Wheels | Blog: Life On 2-Wheels

as this bike is something else right now i own Cbr250R but often i found my self riding RTR-Efi more than this 250cc beast i had similar plan but couldn't sell her even after 64k kias emotional attachment u see
. Any way if you've 70k in you pocket RTR fits in your budget but also consider Honda Dazller .
