The front brake will seem spongy as a result of all the water wetting your pads under high pressure washing. Just brake hard and the water gets evaporated.

          • one more noob quesion from my side

1- my petrol meter is showing only one point
2-the bike turns off wen put the petrol lever to ON(cause its obviously in reserve)
3-but my low fuel indicator isn't popping up.

so wanted to ask weather it lights up at reserve or when there is really low fuel in the tank?

Three possibilities about ur 1st and 3rd point:

              1. Fuel guage faulty
              2. Meter faulty
              3. Cleaning required in connectors.

I have faced it too, from 1st svc onwards. Sometimes, fuel guage needs cleaning in case some impurity got stuck in its moving part.

              • There are folllowing combination for low fuel warning

                - A blinking Last bar on fuele level + fuel light 'Off'
                - No bar + Fuel light 'ON'

So your bike's meter is working fine. If its just one bar then it hasnt got low enough to warn you.

The low fuel indicator lights up after riding about 35 kms in reserve...

When you hit reserve (turn the fuel cock) it still shows 1 bar. After you ride for 35 kms the last bar starts blinking and disappears and the light comes on.

                    Hope its clear now
