@IFlyLow : First of all in Which showroom you are giving your bike for Service...?Is that an Authorized Showroom?
Im 90% Satisfied with my TVS Service
My Service is Ramkay Motors (greatest service centre in sout india for tvs)
If you are not happy - complaint the Service Centre Manager about this
If ur bike is in First Year warranty period - i would recomment u to give it for SV in authorized showrooms.....
Warranty period is a Gem Period for us...
In this warranty period - servicing of all ur issues will be done free of cost,,,,
For me in my service period - they did a Full check of my Fork assembly and Disc Assembly.....If you give this work to any other mechanic they will cost you
Fork assembly check - 300INR
Disc assembly check - 150INR
You still have 2 years of Warranty period - where any faults from TVS side will be taken care by themselves......
In Warranty period - the drain valve of the engine has got weared and they replaced it in free of cost....
So there are lots of advantages for us in TVS Service.....
They will keep a track of our bikes service - so that any issues in future - they will take care of it.....
Moreover nothing is better than giving the bikes to those who produced it - rather than giving to any road side mechanics(who learn by testing thier skills in our meaner machines) .......

as you suggested.
