Finally I have set it dude, I removed the petrol tank and it was easier. The motor is little different from twister too as valve cover is smaller in height. Have posted pictures here.

    Hey,
I've had a twister for 2 years now and I am looking to give it a full paint job as the colours have worn out now. I would like suggestions of colours or patterns that would look nice on my twister. I've replaced the stock handlebars with clip ons. My twister is currently black in colour. I would also like to find out good places in chennai where they would do that paint job at resonable prices,

    thanks in advance.

The only modification I did is with back tyre which is now 90/100-17 Ceat tubeless tyre. Since a while My bike was shacking a lot on the roads specially during turns and uneven roads. The local mechanic told me that the front suspension rood has a bend, he took 450 Rs for repairing it but got the same issue within a month. I had spend Rs450 again on its repair but facing same problem again. I am planning to change the front suspension with the new ones, Do you people have any suggestions? Whether to go with original Twister suspensions or any other alternate and best suspensions?
hi, may be the rubber bushings need replacement. we had discussed similar issue on this forum. check page 202, 203 and let us know the more details. http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/motorcyc...203-print.html

thanks man, trying to get that tool.. difficult to find it. Meanwhile my neo completed 8500 kms. air filter changed at 8k but didnt improve the tingling vibes(can be felt in handlebar) I fiddled with carburetor and adjusted 1/8 turns richer and idle speed little more and engine now sounds and smoothened like bought new and no tingling sensation. Not sure how. Guys.. is there any problems in running richer deviating from factory setting? Maybe if the valve clearance is set right I can go back to original settings I hope. Really love my bike neo inspite of small issues because its mileage always above 56(max 75kmpl)

    new setting

the first time i got the front suspension repaired, the local mechanic fixed the bend n also changed the bearings too. All went good for 2 months but it again started giving same trouble. The second time i visited ASC they told me to replace them So got it fixed from same mechanic. But trouble started again n now planning to replace it.

I met with an pretty bad accident earlier this year that left me and my bike in bad form. One of the two front forks took hard beating and got a slight bent. ASC repaired the whole bike within a day except the bent fork, for which they took 2 days to get the forks perfect. They worked on it twice and took small rides to make sure they were all good.
The ASC manager was a friend of friend so that made them do a nice job.
I'd suggest you to take it to ASC(in case you haven't) or a suspension expert in your city.

    Cheers

Guys I need to change the front tire and I'm thinking of upsizing to 80/90-17 because I haven't found any 70/100-17 tire apart from TVS ones which are pathetic! Only Ceat and MRF tires are available here. Please help!
