Hi, your warranty should not be void by only installing windshield

Hi guys, when i checked carburetor of Old avenger, I found it has Reed switch and TPS Magnet. But new Avengers dont have TPS anymore.
Strange but True.

This is the old Avenger TPS.

New Avengers dont have this anymore.

Hello my fellow Avenger brotherhood, hope you all are good.
My 220 Street recently crossed 6k mark on the Odometer in 1.5yrs. I was able to get the second service done within 6 months at 2.7k kms.

It however skipped my head to get the 3rd service done at 12 months and now I believe my free service expired, and maybe warranty too. ( can someone confirm this ? )

Now I recently did an oil change only (motul 5100 as usual). I am wondering what else should I get checked from after market shop in terms of changes etc ?
At 6k what are things that need to be changed or checked for inspection and servicing.

I do regularly clean my bike and add motul chain lube at each 400-500kms mark.

PS : Recently upgraded my helmet and gloves, set me back by 10k. ( MT Revenge and Aspida Pegasus. The Red+Black combinations goes well with my Zeus Airdrift jacket ).

Steal it from someone else's bike xD :P . Just kidding, make a mod or something, IMO.
And yes the bike feels stressed if you ride beyond 75-80kmph. It's a single cylinder 19bhp engine with longer chain and shorter wheels, so this is expected. This bike could have made a good use of 6th gear, but well...
Don't rely on the fuel guage, it's very quirky from my experience. I usually keep 60%+ petrol in my tank so I don't worry about it.

Well thank u, Yes the problem was from the Vacuum only. But for this I had to give the bike to the mechanic for a tho-row testing which was done by the works manager and the head mechanic. I had visited the company but could not stay there as there is demolishing happening in my office due to the unforeseen of the road widening taking place in my city too.
coming back to the problem yes everything has been solved the bike is running like a butter without any sound and I mean it touch wood on that note. Also there was some noise from the chain which has also gone now coming to the tapit yes it was again opened and the work was done and now there is no more sound coming from there too. Also the bike is running like a brand new machine. By all this happening when I got the bike did not wanted to stop it so went for a short trip on the outskirts of my city which was like a peace and a good time too I had on the beast. Now the Beast is running like what can I say I am speechless righting this also I am so excited cant tell was unable to sleep when the beast was not ok but now seriously touch wood I am so happy anyways thanks for your help which actually worked for me.

Thanks for listening and motivation sir RiderKK, but what if i cut the chassis part and then get it back up with a screw set up like the harleys have, could that work, i mean it looks good on paper though, and thats what many harleys are using for the rear fender panel and rear seat setup.
I dont know how to post a picture to show the idea...
But it would get both jobs done and i like the way that that part of the frame is just a bolt on extension in the big bikes, for easy convertion.[/QUOTE]

Hi, There is no harm in cutting chassis, but screw setup wont be possible (at least not easy) as its round pipe section chassis at the rear end.You cannot redo it by screw arrangement.
That is not point now as you are going for single seater. Start the work, you can whatsap me on 9892175121

Hi, happy that you are set with Avenger.
Regarding Reset button, its not available anywhere, you have to buy new meter. Or seal that part with something because water will damage meter.

oh, that tool? Bajaj stopped giving that tool and its not available in most of the shops that i searched.
So used plyer to adjust

1) Your idle speed is too less
2) Your carburetor setting is wrong.
3) There is vacum problem in your fuel tank. ( its its true then you will feel jerks while on speed more than 60km/hr, do you?)

ok if u all are getting confused here the problem is simple imagine you are on the 4th gear at a speed of say 55 km/hr either with light on or off, then you press the clutch completely leaving the accelerator down let her role then you will notice in a flick of second the bike engine will be killed and the battery light shall come up on the tank and also u can check this by giving some throttle which is already dead. But as u disengage the clutch the bike will come to life again. This problem is like coming in lower gear's and rpm also at the moment like for instance I was riding and was getting close to a red light ahead so I depressed the clutch to bring my bike to neutral here the speed for like 30 km/hr, which I normally do and I realized that the engine got killed. Now this problem is something which I have personally never experience before so I thought of sharing it with you all over here hoping that I might get some answers, help from you all.

Hoping and looking forward for an updated for the same.
