    that's what i'm saying! that's what i'm saying!

Casey is sliding the rear dramatically. This maneuver, getting the Honda RC212V all crossed up,
was being performed by the HRC rider on both corner entry and exit,
to help him get the machine turned. The word understeer simply isn't in his vocabulary.
he'd have so much more love if he just stopped whining wouldn't he.

generally they don't ride so close during the FP and also why is stoner following Rossi around like a dog/puppy....,

so it(the total race time analysis) means that the Ducati is at the same level but others have gone up....and that the Doctor is not less talented than Casey(believe me or not.....am hearing/reading this a lot nowadays....)

@Xionite: what I feel is that Rossi is very close to catching the yamahas now....but Honda, and particularly casey are still quite far ahead....

@King: one more pic from Scott Jones:

After Rossi crashed in FP3, he came back out on his second bike and wound up right in front of Casey, they had a mini race as the session ended, with Stoner staying right behind Rossi, spinning his rear tire around tight turns, then pulling past Vale on the straight. Just very fast and minding his own business, or making a point?

casey was making a point indeed....and he wasn't setting a fast lap even (From FB comments)....casey is being cocky here....but that is better than whining..., perfect thing to tease the doctor....

hope we get to see some vale/jorge/casey battle soon....comeon doc and duc...get up there and fight....

          • Was reading on the incident involving Zarco and Terol in 125s and I also agree with the fact that the 20 second penalty was very harsh.
That kid deserved at least a podium. Relegated to sixth is a but harsh I feel. They could have given him second place because anyways Vinalez, who was in the third place, was way behind the duo (over 10 seconds).

but that really was a dirty overtaking move by zarco! So the officials had no other choice! And a 20sec penalty is the minimum punishment actually!I dont hate Zarco, all am saying is that he should have known better!I mean the rules and regulations!

                  • When we are taking about lap times from one year to the other, we should also consider the improvements made on the tires. Like Casey and Ped were setting up faster lap times than the lap record in some tracks even in FP, which means that the Bridgestone had set the bar higher.
None the less, we are just on the verge of seeing JLo vs Rossi battles soon.

Also the doc was riding a new improved engine last race. whats with yamaha? are they coming up new engines?

was watching BBC's after race coverage.....they said Lin jarvis said something on the lines..."it would be difficult to catch casey even with the improvements"

Honda should really put someone on PEd's bike....they need somebody to push down lorenzo from 2nd place.....dovi and simoncelli should step it up for honda..

                      • I still believe the Doctor has something up his sleeve! He just needs to setup his bike better! And I strongly think that he will come up with some magic pretty soon! And then take the fight back to Lorenzo!

                        • Marlboro Ducati's Valentino Rossi faces a wait of up to three MotoGP races before he will see new parts that he hopes will fix the rear grip and stability problems he is experiencing on the current Desmosedici GP11.

The Doctor, who successfully debuted a new engine in today's Barcelona race, says that although he has now got a good feeling with the front, there is still a lot of work to do with the rear and going with an unknown setting in today's race, where he finished fifth, was a mistake.

"We fix well the front of the bike but we lose in other places especially the rear. For this reason Ducati is working on rear suspension, some linkages and we have to wait for those for two or three races," said the nine-times world champion.

                          • Yet another hilarious depiction of weekend:

Yup punishment is a punishment and doesn't have room for sentiments. Zaarco will never forget this punishment

With changes in the circuit, starting line and finish line changed, riders will have to strategize for it and will be interesting to watch.

Martin Heath said on his twitter on silverstone's weather forecast: "I know somebody that will be very appy"
