With the case in hand how would the claiming factory prove that it is indeed not a CRT but a factory effort?

Errr .. Lets wait for the season to begin. why confuse ? Even Carmelo must not be thinking on these lines !

@king: So it is not just the claiming of the engine that is a factor in deciding whether a team is CRT or not. Even if the machinery is complying but the team members are not then also it can be deemed as a factory effort. Hmm interesting. There are so many aspects of this CRT other than just machinery...

These media people do know how to stir up things. Why should they ask about Rossi's future to Dovi. Dovi spoke what he felt which irked Rossi

hence the controversy

Riders have got another platform (apart from media interviews) where they can ***** about other riders.

It wasn't there in BSB completely, but in some sub-class of it, known as BSB-EVO. they had tried it on BSB-EVO and are now introducing in BSB...(not sure about as to what is BSB-EVO exactly-need to read up)

the rebuke shows frustration on Rossi's part...., he should have either ignored it or made fun of it (usual rossi modus operandi)

Agree with Dovi. Rossi took the bait and fell for it. As king said he should have not given such a scathing comment and instead should have replied in a humorous way...
