The front end looks very different. There seems to be more gap between the front wheel & the front fairing in comparison to this years bike.

It was always like this. Have a look at this pic from 2011 season:

                Thanks, Noor!

Has the Ducati plonked-in the aluminium chassis on the GP machines? Hope that Ducati Corse can do something big this year!
Tired of seeing Rossi in that state.

                  @motomatters

Just spoke to Hector Barbera. He said new aluminium chassis is a huge improvement, can feel the front end on corner entry (cont).
Ducati feels more like his old Aprilia 250, he said. You can feel the connection between the front and the rear. Engine is also much sweeter
Gearchange is also much faster. Much better feeling all round.
Looks like Al frame is the right direction after-all...

present sir!!(marking attendance on the new thread)....

                    the above statement raises hope...,

2011 Valencia Post-Race Test Times At 2pm - Stoner Leads Pedrosa, Ducati "An Improvement" | MotoMatters.com | Kropotkin Thinks

they aren't interested in setting fastest time...although it would be nice to see whether stoner would be able to improve on his qualifying time (or rather by how much)...

any opinions on whether mr. Rossi would sandbag(provided he is in a situation in which he can) now or not???

atleast Ducati's close to a second on the fastest Honda. But this is only testing. I checkout Randy on the Suzuki. I expected him to be faster on the Japanese bike than the Italian

But the CRTs are dangerously slow..any remedy for these guys..or else they all might be ending the 2012 races 1-2 laps behind the factories
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

                            2012 fever already!

                            @ R-series

At the end of day 1, Pedrosa was the fastest- read this somewhere. But here it's Casey? Didn't confirm though, may be it's Stoner only.

I wish to see Pedrosa shine with 1000s next season ahead of Casey. If it weren't for the crashes/missed races/ injuries, he could have clinched this year's title as well.

But Stoner is such a dog, he is sooooo fast!
If you ride like there's no tomorrow...worry not there won't be!

till 5pm local time - Pedrosa topped the charts
