      • The CRTs are 7 seconds off! Something to worry about. I don't think Sepang track is ideal for a CRT, lets see what tomorrow has to tell us. About the electronics, Spalders recommends a basic-kit for sale from the Factory teams.

Vale is looking good. Atleast they seem to have the path to take this time.

The Official twitter accounts of Yamaha MotoGP and Repsol Honda MotoGP are having a jibe at each other :

YamahaMotoGP: @HRC_MotoGP can Casey come out to play tomorrow?

HRC_MotoGP: @YamahaMotoGP yeah sure, once you've cleaned up the track for him…. ;-)

        Yamaha MotoGP
@HRC_MotoGP 4 Yamahas in the top 6, consider the track cleaned )

        Repsol Honda Team
@YamahaMotoGP mighty kind of you gents.. thanks.

        • ^^ the twits were funny...
Ducati looks to be on path...

Stoner was disappointing.. He pulled a back in the morning during his 20 minutes warm up! WTF was he doing in the winter break.. Hibernating?

          • It's not looking pretty for the CRTs except for the ART in Valencia. Teams in Sepang haven't been able to test properly due to technical problems...I hope they fix the issues and test.

Colin's team also started testing on 2012 bike today only.

                • times are no surprise..., guess everybody would post their fastest times tomorrow...,

could this year be a Spies-Stoner battle..., should be phenomenal...

                  • I would be more interested to see where is Ped lining up with the yamahas. If he splits the yamahas today then Honda and Yamaha are on par.. else Yamaha will be the best bike and hard to beat this year...

CE should be closer to the satellites today...

                    • As expected Stoner did a 1.59 in his second lap in the morning.
                      1Stoner C.1:59.607
                      2Pedrosa D.+0.649

                      5Rossi V.+1.217
                      6Barbera H.+1.322
                      7Crutchlow C.+1.501
                      8Dovizioso A.+1.650
                      9Bautista A.+1.777
                      10Hayden N.+2.122
Rossi still 1.2 seconds behind but not too behind lorenzo, spies and dani as well which is good.
But keep in mind Dovi and Hayden are still recovering from their injuries. Their timing should improve once they are fully fit.

this settles it..., the Honda seems to be the best bike out there at the moment...,

Rossi should finish +0.5 (casey) if he expects to challenge him...,

there might be another factor for dani being slower for past two days.. here..., Dani's smaller size means he might not be as comfortable as on 800s.., particularly while exiting corners where even bigger riders are complaining..., he would take his time to ride around that....,

                        EDIT:

At Ducati, the euphoria had dissipated, but the warm glow remained. Valentino Rossi was a little more realistic about his situation after his second day on the bike, saying that the new bike had solved half of the four or five major problems that the old machine had. He reiterated once again that the biggest problem was solved, however, the front end feel was vastly improved, the situation incomparable to the false dawns he had seen in 2011 with the various chassis changes. To illustrate his point, Rossi posted two photos on his Twitter feed, one from 2011 and one from 2012, taken at the same point, Turn 3. The 2012 photo shows him leaned over further, with the back stepped out further, and no longer perched stiffly atop the bike like a learner.

hope the sponsors/colors don't spoil the look of the bike...,

almost every rider reflects lorenzo's sentiments..., maybe its the long break..., maybe its the extra horsepower...
