I haven't really seen WSBK for years. I lost interest after PF Chili and Carl Fogarty (both Ducati at the time) retired and the racing became a wee bit tame for a while in comparison.
Chili was a 'win it or bin it' racer who never failed to entertain. He tried so hard to win that on a few occassions he 'binned' the bike on the last corner of the last lap trying to get the lead. He was a real gentleman too.
If you check out Youtube for Chili and Fogarty you'll see what I mean.
Or... check out the riding style of another 'champion that never was'... James Whitham. I would hate to be behind him or have him behind me going into a corner.
The mid-90s were, IMHO, the most entertaining but I must try to catch up with it now.
Now... there's Haga. What a nutter!!
History... it's just one bloody thing after the other!

Here's a link to Chili and Fogarty in WSBK action.
Enjoy the videos and music that you love, upload original content and share it all with friends, family and the world on YouTube.
And... a spoof video of a Yam R1 Test ride by retired racer Jamie Whitham... always the joker!!

worldsbk.com streams the races live on raceday. highlights of the races appear directly on the wsbk channel on youtube.
there are other sources such as speed tv but then again.. i do not know anybody who uploads the races on torrents. will post it here when i get some heads up.
the above youtube link sends you directly to the race 2 highlights which was won by Ben Spies!Last edited by soulstation; 03-02-2009, 04:16 PM.

You can/could watch the races on ZEE sports (if you have subscribed to that channel that is), they telecast the qualy and races live.Originally posted by nitinsen View PostCan anyone share a link to download WSBK races.. i can't find a torrent on isohunt.com or anywhere..
If anyone has any idea, pls share..
Thanks a lot fellows.
Nitro Nori won the first race and what a race it was. I missed the second race, Ben Spies won that and Haga came in second.
For a change Haga has had a good start to this season, I hope this is the year he does it.
Cant wait for Qatar! This year the series is all set to overshadow MotoGP.Last edited by hirenmistry; 03-02-2009, 04:50 PM.All riders fall; some get back on, some don't, some can't...

WSBK is going great but I still have my reservations on the opinion if it can overshadow MotoGP!! The new single tyre rule, banning of launch control & Electronic braking systems will definitely play its role in making MotoGP more exciting again, we can expect more close races than before. Moreover, till names like Rossi, Stoner, Pedrosa, Hayden, Lorenzo etc are in it.. its bound to be popular... The name Rossi is enough to bring the crowds storming in.
Anyway... It's just my opinion.. thats it!Last edited by nitinsen; 03-02-2009, 06:37 PM.
