@MANNAN : Personally, it sounds like there will be a track day on the 11th of october.... BUt i do not know how many people will be willing to lend there bike to some random person from Delhi... I am not trying to be rude though, it is just a fact.... If anyone replies here that they would be giving their bike to ride, then please come down by all means, we will arrange a g2g and also a track day....
@Camille : Count me in for 11th... the weather will be just fine, trust me !!!- WonderBoy

Dude,
In which bike did you measured this track timinings?
Iam a beginner. Last week I rode my first race in bangalore palace ground track for Yamaha Racing Ridetech challenge.
I was leaning my bike too much at corners in a good pace, though, I couldn't make up the semi-finals. In some corners I end up with a hard brake to control myself. In some curves I felt like losing grip on rear wheels.
Could you explain me about the riding position on R15. How important is that?
Attachment 1: I was scratching the foot pegs at all the curves.
Attachment 2: Why riders use to open their legs and scratch their knees even in smaller capacity bikes like R15?

@sakthi_nj :
With pulsar 150 UG3.
My foot pegs on my pulsar are also totally used . Because this bike can't lean a lot and because my position on the bike is not enough good then, for taking a corner at same speed from good positioning ... need to lean more.
The knee position is for have a feedback about your leaning .... but that is not important part. Only the position on the bike when taking corner is important for moving the center of gravity, and with that, you can take same corner faster with same lean angle.
But i am also beginner, and i need to practice a lot more. I can understand physics laws ... but that is not enough for going faster.

Agreed, speed and timing are the things which counts. Have you got hold of the R15 ? You planning to rip it in track so soon ?Originally posted by Camille1198R View Post@Rajkumar11: No it is ok.... i am not a guy, but what i am is not important.
Who will come on Chennai racetrack on October 11th ?
I might be in if everything goes well. I gave planned to participate in the coming R15 championship just to know how things are. I heard 2.27 is no where to be competitive. Will use this as a learning session.
