  • Some more talk about Rossi-Ducati...

Again Time for Daydreaming: Rossi should move to suzuki and then win a championship next year for them as well........

    • Experts--
The announcement of Wataru Yoshikawa-san as Rossi's replacement rider from next weekend in Japan on came as no surprise.

After all, where do you find someone with experience of an M1, Bridgestone tyres and carbon brakes? Current regulations forbidding testing means it's almost impossible for someone like Cal Crutchlow to jump on the bike and give a decent account of himself. Nevertheless, it's a pity that Yamaha didn't have the gumption to put James Toseland on the bike for Silverstone—think of the publicity that would have generated.

The replacement rider for Hiro Aoyama showed what can be expected—Akiyoshi circulated seconds off the pace. Unfortunately, there is not a ready supply of riders who have experience of 800cc MotoGP bikes. Keep an eye on Alex de Angelis though, his Moto2 team seems seriously short of cash and he could be levered onto the Interwetten bike.

          • that front end issue disappeared with Rossi....

Spies is doing better than many folks will give him credit for.

I'd give my bike to see what he could do on Rossi's bike with the same crew and level of care Rossi gets.....

what about this man in place of Wataru?

              Me too.

For all the talk of earning points, coming 16th and earning the team 1 point is disastrous.

And Spies is proving he does not need the opportunity. Coming 4th in qualifying! Who knows, the slam dunk would be Spies and Lorenzo grappling post a few (3-4) races...!
              You get the point?? :D

certainly hope so....but the factory bike seems to have a big advantage over the Tech 3.....

                • Awesome race and glad the cameras were on Spies,
initially when i saw him fading i was disappointed but Elbowz proved his mettle again, i just wish he is on a factory machine.
Rrandy seemed offended when Andrea passed him.

It was such a easy p easy win for Jorge. and seems Dani browsed few forums and concluded he needs to hurry up!

Casey is off to Honda and most probably Dani shall be partnering him, Andrea might be off to one of the satellites.
would love to see Spies either on Yamaha/Honda Factory team, the feat which he did(WSBK '09) might be possible for very few individuals on the Moto GP grid.
                  Has Rossi bagged the deal?

                  • Boring Boring race !

RDP s setup is eating the tire or he s choosing the wrong tire or his riding style is eating his tire ! Twice is succession he has lost positions due to tire wear I hope they identify the problem and get it rectified soon .

Andrea seems to be living on other people shortcomings ! In Qatar Nicky s topspeed let him through now RDP s tire lets him through ! Huh ! He s riding like the Kentucky kid in 2006

Stoner could nt overtake Dani !!!!! Now he must be real mad with the technicians !

And the commentators were all talking only about transfers and a possibility of a third factory bike for Andrea ! They were for sure CAsey is moving to Honda ! Wonder whats happening ! Simoncelli has a direct contract with Honda ! Looks like we are gonna see a Honda onslaught like 2004 !

And yeah TEN sports sucks !
                    BAYLISSTIC !!!!

                      • There was nothing to watch except the beauty of bikes ridden hard and fast......the lean angles were good as ever.....rest of it was plain boring(only dovi and randy fight maybe the exception).....

I remember how I was exited before the season that it is going to be one hell of a season...with Rossi, Lorenzo and stoner fighting.....How wrong I was...

I think Lorenzo would break the record of max wins in a season....(11 that is)

                        • MGP 2010 season is seriously mind numbingly boring right now !!
Kawasaki Ninja : Because lazy sunday afternoons should be despatched at 160 kmph!!!
Hyosung Aquila : Because sometimes you need to look cool while riding at 40 kmph and you can do that only on a cruiser !!!

True. I keep hoping the races will be exciting....

Now I'm betting on Pedrosa to grapple with Stoner, Divizioso to grapple with Spies (with maybe Randy dePuniet/Nicky Hayden thrown in) and the rest of the pack to grapple with each other. And Lorenzo's going to be thoroughly bored at the front.
                            You get the point?? :D

A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith, and use up a lot of fuel.

Always be ready (get geared) to fall and then think of sitting on the motorcycle.
