I was looking way too deep into the corners way too early. Now it is only when I am sure I am gonna hit the turn point that I start looking out for the apex in a corner. When I hit the turn point I fixate(wrong word) on the apex untill I am sure again that the bikes holding the line and will hit the apex positively. Once I am sure of the bike holding the line I start looking out for the exit of the turn while looking at the apex through the peripherial vision alone.
I find that this helps me not miss the apexes a lot. I would be interested to know about how others are using their vision in corners as I am still workign on my vision and different approaches will help me in concluding what suits me the best.
P.S : GP_freak..i know u r talking of braking and entry point and not about apexes or exit but i just though I would mention it here to get a rainbow of responses regarding vision through corners. I am convinced that vision is the most imp thing ( the least being body positioning surprisingly) and am raring to spark of a constructive discussion on vision to get to know how others are conquering this problem.

I guess many have asked him to change it.
