    I don't think writing off Pedrosa would be a wise thing. He might not have given wins to Honda but still has given consistent performance. Without him I don't think they could have even eyed on the champoinship.

    Please don't consider this game as cricket where in one tournament loss you start cursing the team (and the players) and if it wins one, start praising them again.

    Kallio should be given a place in Factory team. He deserves much better bike and opportunity.

    I have one query here (Prabhu also asked me this during the race). Is there a restriction on teams having more than two riders? Just wondering if Ducati Factory can have Kallio too as their third rider

      i missed the race. thought it was on sunday. morning when i opened the newspaper saw Rossi with the 100 written flag. i am gonna start downloading the race from torrent now.

          Actually, the truth is that Stoner is suffering from a very peculier form of Swine Flu, the Whine flu !!

              normally its at 2am on mondays, but do check the ten sports website.

              in other news. yuki is out of motoGP and scott honday will only continue with Gabbar
              its becoming of a habit people loosing rides in Motorsports.

              so 17 will race at California.

                      I hope rossi overtakes everybody on the corkscrew, running off the track.......
                      Tht wud make it he's signature, and he'll say, the gravel(or mud I dunno) also had a gud grip

                        @sukant: No offenses pal but please don't start it again. People here are ready for something to come out so that they start firing eventually transforming into mudslinging.

                        Not counting out Lorenzo for this one but we have to consider that this year would be only his second appearance on the track and also last year he had a horrendous crash here. So just that Lorenzo would want to keep it smooth rather than pushing hard on a track which he barely knows and screw up his chances for the championship.

                          And i did read somewhere a long time ago when Kallio tested the GP9 ! Even he was complaining about the rear tire grip and front end feel issues ! So it is a basic problem with that bike I guess! And the rider who can ride around better with that issue gets a better finish !

                          And Cannepa himself was a Duc test rider before he joined the Pramac team ! They did know about his speeds earlier itself Why did they choose him ?! I m sure they must have had others in mind but still they went for him ! And thats the same case with uncle Gibernau ! I feel this is the best the other riders can do with this bike !

                          So its better to have 2 rider team instead of embarassing themselves ! with one guy on the podium and the other two not even in the top ten

                          Guareshi n Troy ! Should start building a new bike altogether if Ducatista need more top 5 or top ten finishes !

                              you have any other words please do post more links. i can give you an address where you can send me a post card too.

                              honestly you need to go back to school and understand the meaning of discussion and debates. forums are not meant to just say things like "oh wow saw the race awesome race and a 100 people doing the same thing. i really havn't picked on you but you seem to just not getting it... at all.

                              oh and about your question.
                              yes manufactures can field more than 2 bikes. there is no rule. but it all comes at a cost. they need more sponsors, more mechanics, more management etc.

                              too bad you dint find that on Wikipedia

                                Too bad you know the meaning of the word but don't understand it eventually really can't help being one.
                                It isn't about picking on a particular person. It is about helping the thread having some goodwill prevail in the forum.
                                If a person liked someone's comment how will he express his emotions? He might not have anything to add to the thread at that moment but he just wanted to acknowledge that he liked the poster's comment. I guess every other person does that here by posting small expression be it a smiley or something like "+1, +2, etc ".
                                This little gesture might help maintaining little camaraderie between the members, don't you think so?


                                Being present in an online community doesn't mean discussing or debating everytime. Or rather I should say in your terms, instigating fights or arguments.

                                Thanks for your answer to my query, pal. Appreciate it. I can understand the logic, of lack of funds, etc, behind not having more than two riders in the team but just wanted to know if there's more to it than just the cost.
